I'd pick:

Red Byron
Ray Fox
Raymond Parks

Ken Squier
Mike Stefanik

Landmark Award:

Ken Squier

Bold should have been in already. How do you get this far into a HoF and not have the original owner/driver championship winners and one of the original engine builders? Also THE voice of NASCAR should have been in already.

If I were to bet on it, Stefanik doesn't get in, and Hendrick does. I don't like the idea of current participants being in the HOF.

Looks like I got one pick correct, and my bet on Hendrick getting in was right.

"We're going to have a Hall of Fame.. and then we're going to completely 🤬 it all up.

GG NASCAR.

Brad's Throwback

I meant in terms of car design, they have many years of Rusty Wallace schemes yet they go out and make something up

Rusty's schemes weren't all that impressive, either. They were more simplistic, which I find worked best for his cars. A paint scheme doesn't have to be this crazy complex to look good, just ask any Dale Sr fan out there. Complexity isn't always better. I used to be part of a group thqt hosted paint booth challenges from the most recent NASCAR games, and nine times out of ten, the car that won had a base scheme that wasn't that impressive, but the brush (decal) work and logos were almost picturesc; mind you everything had to be created out of basic shapes. My point here is, a lot of iconic schemes we look back on today, like the Gulf schemes, or Petty's STP schemes, or Dale Sr.'s cars, they weren't flashy, and they didn't have to be. They aren't there to make a car look pretty; they're there to sell a product, and easily recongnizable is a sure fire way of helping that.

Truex has the pole. Hopefully the bad luck ends. Unless he gets taken out as he puts the 3 or 24 multiple laps down
