Doubt it. It was clear on Hinch's when it broke. Sato's looked like a lack of steering.

Every time I start to get impressed with Karam, he pulls a bonehead move like that. He'll be lucky if Carpenter doesnt kick the piss out of him post-race.

I'm sure there's plenty of woodsheds in Iowa where Carpenter can have a more private conversation with Karam.

These kind of races really make me question the management at IndyCar. Really, how can you manage to screw it up so badly when the racing is this good?:confused:

Anyways, congrats to RHR and Rahal, both drove very good races today.
 
Sage Karam can make any race interesting all by himself. Good drives by Newgarden, RHR, Rahal.
 
I've not seen the race, but this thread only makes me more interested in watching it, I like how the people manage to not spoil everything with over analyzed nonsense :D
 
Sage Karam is a little disrespectful 🤬 who's soon going to find out he has no friends in the series.

I totally agree in this case, yes Karam was an idiot. But at the same time, there aren't many races where Carpenter doesn't get mad at someone...
 
Can't forget about Pippa who forgot how to hold her line. Surprised Justin kept his car in one piece and running.

Her car had an issue with the suspension that they couldn't fix and had to retire the car after that incident.

it seems like he is getting all the good luck he wasn't getting in the past few years, the amount of races he lost the victory from things out of his control makes up for it.

Not only that but man he is driving like a champion, always there or there abouts.
 
Short "Bowl" tracks always make for good racing and good crowds. Look at Bristol. Biggest crowd for the tightest race. About an hour from my house, and it's hard to find a hotel for friends that weekend.... ;)
