I'd rather say it's like putting lipstick on a pig, or polishing a turd... Every passing year they just seem to add more and more and more wings and winglets on these things.

:odd:

They only added this aero kits last year, this is just the second year with some newer pieces. From 2012 to 2014, they've had the same identical cars regardless of engine choice.

I know they're, deep down, the same as the 2012 car. That one was terrible too. Made the penis-nose F1s look like works of art. But that's just my personal opinion, so don't mind it, back to the regularly scheduled program, I don't want to interfere here.

I don't mind it, since the Merger they have gone from 1 engine and body that is frozen to 2 engines that get developed every year and Aero kits that do as well.

You could say it's like CART-lite

So the 2016 season begins this weekend? I know I was poking around Twitter and saw all the mentions of the Grand Prix of St. Petersburg (Florida, not Russia... though it would be cool if this series went to Russia). I surely will love to watch the action this series has to offer. St. Petersburg has really been one of the long-lasting venues. It's been around for give-or-take 10 years.

I surely want to see Juan Pablo Montoya win the title this season after coming up short last year, but good luck to all drivers and teams on this upcoming season of IndyCar Series racing.

Montoya coming in as the defending race winner. Some new, promising faces this time around so I'm excited to see what will happen.

If you don't mind the music, you can also watch World Challenge right now

Today's stream, currently Indy Lights, if you don't mind the silence.

Edit: Audio came in right after I posted this.

Should hopefully make for great racing if the field is going to be that close together. Plus there's no boneheaded drivers at the far rear of the field.. like Dracone.

So much for the F1 ladder system, GP2 drivers will fill the last 3 rows.:O
Makes you wonder doesn't it? :p

*Disclaimer: I do understand these cars are very different. Bit heavier, more aero, no power steering, more power and higher competition* :p

Penske 1-4 just like last year.

Team Penske seem to have a habit of flying out the gate when the new season starts, but losing momentum after the Indy 500. Besides, the gap to the first Honda runner in 5th is closer this year than it was last year.

Depends on how you look at it. They haven't won a race since the 500 amazingly enough, but they still kept qualifying up front, it's just they seemed to catch unlucky breaks during the races again and again.
