Ironic, that's pretty much what the Erebus cars would have looked like, if she ran the FG Xs.

They look good!

@05XR8 I thought the same thing! Although it probably looks a little nicer on the Ford.

Yeah those blue Red Bull cars are breaking the rules.
Well they've got Red in the sponsors name so maybe that's ok?
Oh wait, they're 888 cars owned by Roland Dane & he's the antichrist of Australian Motorsport if you believe some haters.

Coulthard's car looks pretty decent, I'm digging the blue on it.

My kingdom for some black wheels!
I bet they'll look spectacular in Melbourne.

Adding to the stereotype of "Americans have no idea there is a world outside of their own" someone really should introduce him to Matias Ekstrom...

The primary focus has been on Australian Will Power, the 2015 IndyCar champion, who raced with Mark Larkham at the mountain back in 2002 as a 21-year-old and on the Gold Coast with Ford Performance Racing in 2010 and 2012.
Ummm, did I wake up in an alternate universe this morning :odd: ??? How did no one catch that before publishing this on the official website? Did this author even watch Indycar last year?

To be fair, it's an easy enough mistake to make. It's not like Power never won the title.

No Superview this weekend. 👎 Hopefully someone puts the races up on YouTube shortly after.

No TV coverage of practice tomorrow either. Bummer.

Power and Montoya have been the ones always in the talks since they have both said that they are willing to do it. If they're going to run a wildcard, it's seems pretty fair enough that they use their own drivers.

And Pirelli tyres.. Seems a bit odd

Correct me if I'm wrong, but am I right in saying that all teams bar BJR and Erebus are running custom numbers on the windows?

Race 1 was ok.

On to Race 2 in a minute.

Much better Race 2!

Watching the AGP supports, and I have to say, Waters has really wised up. He might not be trading blows with the guys at the pointy end of the grid, but I think he's ironed out his racecraft a bit.

Indeed. He has gotten some smarts. The DBS has payed off for the new breed of young drivers(gotta keep an eye on Pither, he's not doing too good).
Looking down the road, it will be interesting to see how drivers like Macauley Jones fair in the main game.

@R1600Turbo @LMSCorvetteGT2 - I was only trackside for the 4hr after work session but I couldn't really find any posters (probably taken in due the rain). Nissan said they had them at the signing session but had no idea where they went, PRA had no idea and I didn't ask anyone at Volvo. Got my Erebus posters though :P

I'll try to do a bit better tomorrow since I'm there the whole day. :)
