Almost nobody else. I.E. there is a difference between 'shut up' of magnussen, and 'shut up, please, please' of sainz. Anybody can be curt under stress but people who dont ask other people to suck their balls on live tv know when they go overboard.

Still a bit risky to swiftly blame Max. Why not just say that the three made contact and are out, instead of trying to formulate it like it was Max on a rampage.

I don't know who exactly is in control of the Twitter account, but that individual needs to get fired if he/she came up with the tweet himself/herself.
Max could've backed out, as he was seemingly the only one who knew who was where, but to make such a conclusion is just absurd, especially if you're in control of the official Scuderia Ferrari Twitter account.
