Is it just me, or does Shane van Gisbergen give his most intelligent answers when Greg Murphy is asking the questions?

Two of the wildcards out qualified both Walkinshaw cars.

About what I expected really. :indiff:

Are you anti-Lowndes or something? :odd:
Hey, I can't drive the car for him. :p
I've finally got a team that's winning. I'm not giving that up.
Golding is ahead of him. Something ain't right there.

Surprised me with the reverse grid in TCM.

Respectable showing for the wildcard drivers. Hopefully they've got the race pace to make things interesting for the regular backmarkers.

Those last few minutes until Mostert and McLaughlin leaped the Triple 8 cars were a little worrying. I did not expect to see them right up there given the struggles both Whincup and Van Gisbergen have had this weekend.

Only 40 laps. Even though it's my least liked track, seems like we get cheated with these sprint races. This should be the Win(s)ton 400.

Aw, Chaz is done. Due to tailshaft.

Edit: Jezz Louise, man. Rick was driving best he could and daggone Slade....

There's some great racing in the pack today, though. And it would be pretty nifty if we wanted to host a round of the World Rallycross Championship.

Caruso worries me.

Edit: Nick just ruined that. Good drive by Courtney.

Sucks. The threw drivers that said they needed results(R.Kelly, Peecat & Courtney), just didn't pan out.

I feel bad for Courtney after all that work being taken out

Incredible effort. Works his way up to 10th after being spun on the first lap and gets taken out on the last. I swear this team must be cursed.

Good stuff there with Reynolds and the mid pack racing. Probably going to miss the next race, going to have to avoid social media like the plague until they make it available to view afterwards.

That midfield battle towards the end there was great. I don't have much sympathy for Courtney in that incident with Percat, they were both on the very edge at that very moment.

Yes but up untill then the 'on edge' racing was seriously good so I just find annoying for it to end that way

It was annoying, don't get me wrong, but I'd be saying the same thing if a Percat ended up in the gravel. It looked like an incident was bound to happen due to the driving standards between both drivers.

Rick just mentioned he had no dash lights, so couldn't judge his pace.

Lowndes did well to move up like Reynolds.

The Wildcards finished up good too. It actually works.

Some great racing throughout that race. I don't think I'll ever get sick of seeing DJRTP cars up the front, I hope it lasts at least a few years.

There was certainly no shortage of bumps and bashes, made for an exciting watch! Great to see McLaughlin getting his 3rd straight win too. :sly:
I'm really enjoying this season!

Strategy sure did play out today. Laps 4 laps made the race.

Huge crash in TCM

You posted duplicates of the same frame, is that to make us all cry even more so? Because if so, you win, this has me a bit down and out. Hope all is okay but I love these things.
Yeah, mistake.

Word is, a couple drivers are injured. Just waiting on more details.

Unlucky again for Courtney. Why does the team have such bad luck? It's annoying being a lifelong fan of HRT and seeing what's left of it suffer. One thing I do love though is Red Bull not winning all the bloody time. I'm so happy that McLaughlin FINALLY has a competitive car for which he can contest the championship in. Same for Fabian.

Edit:
That's a very serious crash. What was the cause?

The #35 Torana got loose in the rear om the exit of Turn 2. He spun around and got clouted by another car, which blocked a large part of the track as the pack came through.

I forgot how bad Foxtel's apps are. The Foxtel Play app had the race start at 1:30ACST, so I figured I had enough time for a quick run to the shops to get a few things for the week, I got home and turned the TV on to find the race is already a few laps down and it's not even 1:30 yet. :ouch:
