Back home from Daytona just now, in time to watch the rest on TV.

Fun trip though as always. Sunday was insane with the security, took us close to an hour to get into the track but the pre-race stuff was pretty awesome. Wish the weather was better, but I did get some sun.

We went back to the hotel shortly after the 2nd rain delay. Looked at the radar on my phone and we both knew the race wouldn't resume any time soon and we didn't want to hang around.

This may have been our last year going to the 500. We talked about going instead to other races, maybe a different track each year. Not sure which ones but we both decided against any of the road courses.

Welp, RIP Stenhouse's 500. Also, as someone who likes Ryan Blaney as a person, Stenhouse should've held his ground, even if it meant spinning him out.


EDIT: I really hate Joey Logano right now. I try to like him but... I can't. that's superspeedways I guess. RIP Jimmie Johnson and Bubba Wallace's 500.
