Dont like gears on shoulders with brake/gas on triggers. I know some people hold the controller with index fingers on shoulder and middle on the trigger but not me. I use index finger for both which means I'd have to let off gas/brake to change gears. Big nono.

Left stick steering
Right stick up/down gear change
Tri look back
Squ look left
Circle look right
X nitrous
Dpad
Up ghost
Down horn
Right lights
Left wipers
Select view change
That pretty much covers mine. Might be a little off but main functions are right. Might have something assigned to R1 but cant remember what, obviously not something important.
