Hi, I [was] having issues with this hastening system (testing at home, so I can use at a friend's tomorrow), so breaking down the instructions to see where I go wrong. Doing this on my secondary PSN/GT6 save (different user), so when I log back into my primary user account with my timezone and time again, hopefully all of my bonuses are still there (if not, and this works, I can obviously just get them back later). start time ~10am GMT+11
1. Enter the game normally, receive the 110% bonus.
I didn't remember the instructions properly, and my mistake was the fiddle with the clocks actual time, which doesn't work, this is a timezone trick, not a clock trick as I thought, someone else added to change your clock THIS DOES NOT WORK FEI. Just a timezone, as stated in the instructions, my fault for not reading them first, but its not the end of the world, just added about an hour to my experiment
Other than the initial message, the only way I could figure out if I had my login bonus, was to do a race, and I confirmed was at 110% (1st log in current time, 2nd log in wound clock/date yesterday 23:55, 3rd log in current time, still had bonus at the end).
2. Save the game by changing into a different car and letting the game save automatically after.
Changed to one of my AE cars, saving data message came up shortly afterward at main screen
3. Open the XMB, go to Time and Date Settings under Settings far left before Users, this will need the game to quit.
4. Go to Time Zone. Change this so that wherever you are your PS3 clock will show just before midnight.
I found that these were basically one step, or put more simply 'quit game, change timezone to make it as late as possible, yesterday. In my case I'm +11 and it was just after 10am, so GMT-1 suited best (GMT-01:00 Azores gave me 11:18pm).
5. Enter the game, wait until past midnight
This felt like a step in itself, because I had 40 odd minutes to wait, and it dawned on me, I'll have to wait several hours to get each bonus (10-11am = 130%, 11-12pm = 150%, 12-1pm = 170% 1-2pm = 190% and finally 2-3pm = 200%). if I managed to start at the end of the hour, that would shave off almost an hour, (9:50am for example, first hour is only 10 minutes if set to 23:50 GMT+0 for me). So minimum required time if you timed it perfectly, is 4 hours 1 minute, so not really practical do to at a friends place when going over

. Atleast not without something else to do for 4-5 hours.
, accept the next bonus, repeat steps 2-5 again until you're at 200%.
Upon logging into the game again (4th time, 2nd proper time), it was 11:19pm, so I had to wait 41 minutes, which is a while honestly, but I guess there's no real way around that, further more, this needs to be done 5 times, therefore you save heaps of days of waiting, and once its done you just need to log in daily to maintain it, and is definately a hastened method compared to 4 days of logging in (just before mid-night lapsing over in real time).
Some time zones are in half hours and quarter hours, so that will speed things up even more.
You have to be near them though for it to work, in Australia for example, Adelaide (in South Australia) is at a half hour interval behind Melbourne/Sydney/ACT/ect so you get to 11:55pm at GMT+10, then at 12:01am you get to 11:31pm at GMT+9.5, and then changing to Tokyo means you've got two bonses for only 1 hour, so that will obviously save an hour in the process. Newfoundland in Canada at -3.5 hours, and the best ones are Astana +6, Kathmandu +5:45, Calcutta +5:30 and Bishkek +5, that one could save ages, but you have to be near their real mid-night for it to work.
Annoyingly, the PS3 has GMT-1, then it skips to GMT-3 doesn't have GMT-2 (because no one lives in that time zone), but NFL makes up for it at GMT-3.5
