30+ 1000 tickets

My PS3 grinds 24/7, I made a custom A spec grinder with lots of tape on a keyboard and some wire wrapped around the controller. The original purpose of this was to buy X1's(which I have about 14 X1's at the moment) but I realized I kept getting 1000 tickets every time I reached 20 million credits, but since I already have every car I want to have, I have no reason to keep these tickets. So I decided that I want to get rid of them by trading them for gold/chrome paints. This way people can get cars from these tickets and I can paint all my expensive cars gold/silver chrome.

BTW, do you say ticket 1000s or ticket 1000's?

Why? when you use 's doesn't it mean the thing belongs to someone? Like if i says Jamie's pen it means the pen belongs to Jamie. If you say ticket 1000's doesn't it mean it belongs to ticket 1000? I hope you understand what I mean and I hope you can answer my question.
