We had some fun tonight with the trucks.
Deep Forest Reverse -- Osprey and BTK had a great battle up front. I kept up with the draft for a few laps but hit a wall pushing my SSR beyond what it was capable of. I raced the remainder of the race mid-pack and ended up finishing 3rd after the cars ahead of me made some mistakes as well.
Laguna Seca -- I think I was the only driver not to get a penalty. I certainly wasn't the fastest but I pulled ahead about 1 second per lap as the trucks behind me fought for 2nd.
Trial Mountain -- Everyone was goofing off it seemed. Another easy win for me.
Autumn Ring Reverse -- Everyone pulled out the Midgits. I think I placed 4th or 5th because my midgit didn't have the engine or weight reduction upgrades.
London part 1 -- 5 laps and I stayed off the walls for a solid win.
London part 2 -- 5 more laps with boost on low. I ran out front for a while and then BTK challenged on lap 4. Lap 5 he hit a wall in front of me and slowed us both down. mbenz was right behind us and squeaked by for the win. I was close enough to attempt a pass on the final straight but he blocked and put me in the wall. Fun stuff!
Midgit Action! Lots of last lap mayhem. We went 3-wide half way through the last lap and I was getting pushed out by BTK. I think he apologized but I took revenge on the next right hander. All was good until he cut in front of me then hit the wall allowing mbenze to squeeze by for the win.
It doesn't work for everybody, just with testing, that's what help's me. I'm telling you we should race these more often. I feel a Kei Car 400pp CS night coming up this Sunday. That's just my suggestion though.

That sounds like fun. Racing hard tires I assume? Is there a list of the touring cars? We'd have to plan this one in advance so that everyone actually has one.
That's what I was tring to suggest. But it turned into the one make night that we run now.
I've raced in a few other same make races when everyone uses same car, same tune. Its pretty fun.
Perhaps we could pick a car from the recommended list or something. I know it doesn't have every car, but it would keep us busy with the ones it does have.
