Hmm, Otogi 2 vids? Ok, I just looked and in my opinion they look pretty decent, except of course when there all these continuous full screen explosions/flashes, some of those caused big blockage - but that would have looked dodgy if you used MPEG2, because they also happen to be nearly white and that's when compression looks its worst.
I thought their habit of posting overly uncompressed WMVs was much more disturbing, as many people just can't download that big files. It's always a trade-off in that respect. Their video features (reviews, version comparisons, etc.) are usually great quality, but of course you'd only see those if you were a subscriber.

Like I said, I like her, not because she has a hot voice (Japanese version is hotter, and the Korean voice isn't half bad either ...
... Chinese is terrible though) or looks good (though she's not at all ugly if you ask me), but simply because she has a brain and knows about cars. But perhaps she's terrible in Fifth Gear - the problem is, I don't have Channel 5 (have you?) so I wouldn't know. We only get BBC1, BBC2 and BBC World where I live and I don't have sattelite (not that common in the Netherlands btw, because of cable being basically everywhere).
I did seer her, as said before, on Motors TV, and she asks all the right questions. She could have been a pretty face that reads cue cards like we sometimes see on the more corny programs, even on computer games.
