That was Bret who did those times I think, I only did a 1.54.6 :( still kept up with him though somehow so I dont mind :D

Oh sorry :dunce: Well we had a close Fuji opener did we not Bret:sly: Hot laps never been my strong point prefare the Jenson Button approach smooth and steady.:dopey:

Does anyone have an opinion on how many drivers should get relegated/promoted? I was thinking 3 or 4.

Top 3 up, bottom 3 down. Should be like a podium, only the top 3 drivers. Makes sense tooo

I thought it said in the OP

All cars must be standard turbo apart from the Merc which is free to choose any of the turbo options. Its the only restriction on the mechanical side. Off to check OP

Edit- I have moved it to 'The cars' section to make it clearer!

No turbo is allowed on the alfa. A turbo is only allowed on the Mercedes. All cars to to be stock apart from the merc

The m3 feels quick round GVS, I've managed a high 1;52 without much tuning!. At fuji managed a 1:37.8 but Im looking round mid 1:38's average.

M3 is the quickest car by .5 of a second :) but thats with 384bhp and no weight added, has it been restricted any more or is it still the same?

EDIT: just realised you said 1.52, which is a bit more than .5, nice going :D

I'd say its quicker round GVS, but not fuji it doesn't have the straight line speed of the others.

Oh right, havent tested it round Fuji yet, it was .5 faster round DFR and Laguna so assumed it was the same for every track :)

The Merc no, maybe the Alfa though with the stage 3 turbo removed ive lost a second around Fuji gutted.:grumpy:

Ive found that the Alfa struggles with straight line speed. No idea why. If others are getting 1.53's at GVS, Alfa's gonna be at the back :/ Ive only manages 1.55.2
