Paulie, you already have the Zipang.. You just need to purchase it in the plane tree special planes section
When they say that, I think they mean the event for the Zipang is being held, so you get extra credits. But you have to obtain the Zipang as a random drop. Just to give you an example, I've been playing everyday since the event, and I JUST got my Zipang today. So keep at it.

Well I've got a few hours left in the rankings and was in the top 7k so I'm going to burn all my fuel on one last push.
Just ran out of fuel. But I'm now first lieutenet and closing in on the Su-35!
Check the Challenges section a few of them give stocked fuel as a reward. (BTW you get 20 stocked fuel for finishing mission 5 but be sure to activate that challenge first unless you like playing levels twice like I doJust how do you get the fuel in this damn game? I'm sick of having to wait 4 hours for one unit of fuelAnd no, I can't buy any online due to being broke

Yeah the payouts remain the same pretty much although I have heard the Moby dick mission 2 and 3 payout huge if you win. The planned do get more expensive I am trying to get the f22 and the f18 was suddenly 160k. Research wise yeah that is slowing down but I didn't know you could buy research reportsFor those of you who have played more than the ~12 sorties I have; does the game start to pressure you into buying things? For instance, do the credits requirements ramp up dramatically while payouts remain the same? Do jets deeper in the tree take so long to research that it's impractical to unlock them without buying research reports?
I really like it, I played it for maybe three hours straight last night (and ended up with about five more units of stocked fuel than I had when I started) and got as far as buying the Su-25, which also bankrupted me just a little... What can I say, I like attack jets. I'm looking forward to getting the A-10 and F-117. It still blows my mind that the F-117 was a real jet, technology is mad.
I don't see why you would need to buy research reports when you can earn them from those easy challenges.Yeah the payouts remain the same pretty much although I have heard the Moby dick mission 2 and 3 payout huge if you win. Indeed. I have like 25 of them(aircraft, anyway) and I haven't really been trying to get them. The main problem for me is credits. 3 sorties in an evening doesn't net you too much, particularly when you're generally getting Cs and the occasional B rating. At least you can re-earn the Mercenary Contracts and then once a week or so activate one and use up some stocked fuel when you have some time to play.
That was frustrating tonight, all the average pilots are gone or have moved in to better jets than I have, because I could barely target anything without it being killed before I even got a chance.
If it hasn't been covered in the thread look for rooms that have a similar matching rate to you. It's the number next to the connection bars when you're on the co-op room search lobby.
Which gives you a good indication of the matching rate of the members in the room 👍That number is only for the host, not the lobby as a whole.

I need to get better at using the radar to find things. Which reminds me, one thing I do despise about this game is the radar and targeting controls. It can be a horrible chore to get the target you want selected, and then sometimes as you fly around switching targets means it's been destroyed... sometimes it just means you've randomly been forced to switch targets and need to find it again. For the radar, I just witsh the map screens wouldn't stay on forever once you switch to them.
That is usually what I will do. Unless I am flying the F16DRI often switch to my special weapon when I want an air target nearby then switch back to standard missiles as the target stays the same then.
Sometimes. It does depend on their lobby settings how close everyone will be.
And of course people in the 1490s may be new players who don't know what they are doing yet and are on the way down, while people in the 1460s may be people who have gotten the hang of things and some better equipment and are reasonable quality wingmen on the way back up. Definitely better than nothing however.
I had a rough night last night myself. Either everyone on my side was helpless and incapable of scoring over 5000 points so nearly getting [low-scoring] MVP did me little good, or else everyone in the room was targeting and destroying everything I targeted before I could even see it - while still somehow not clearing the important targets. Of course this wouldn't bother me if I could play more than half an hour at a time, but it kind of sucks when that's what you get and all you can play. It's a really fun game, I wish they would let me buy the damn thing. On the other hand, I've started getting fuel drops again, so I was able to stock up a bit more for the future.
I know right?I've been meaning to play this game for the past few days but responsibilities keep coming up and punch me in the face.![]()
I know right?
I'm still out to get the Golden Moby Dick (AKA Moby dick Pursuit III), and I'm still to get the Su-35, thankfully though I set-up a rather decent Mig-29 and I'm MVP nearly every match. The path of T-50 is indeed the most arduous one.
I know right
Funny I say that because I finally managed to get back into it and got around to upgrading the F-18 to level 10. Though the stats jump is not much from level 9, it just feels much better. The biggest gain is in armor, which is an A.
