What I need is my actual avatar, the black screen, but to run for, say 5 seconds, and show this image for about 1/4 of a second or so... just like a flash. But to show only once every loop.

Crap! I killed it!

I tried to make it bigger with Photoshop (120x120 or its equivalent) and it lost its gif capabilities.

Any chance you could remake it to 120xwhatever size it takes, I think it's 109.

Nevermind... I just realised I have ImageReady, and it seems it's not so hard

I need a 120x120 animated avi, which consists of a stylised (cartoony) goose bouncing around, pinball style. The actual styling and composition is open, and I'll give a cookie to the best entry. 👍

you can try to blow it up with small steps and blur it every time but atleast 4 times bigger wow I think it's going to be ugly, I can give it a go.

Never mind, I made it myself.

I used Paint.NET. Free program. Many times better than MS paint and probably Paint Pro. Not sure about Photoshop.
