I was wondering if someone could help me find a picture of a 180sx like this one but this one is like a R33

but the closest I found of the 180sx was this one.

Yeah, im just looking for a GIF thing to make the file size smaller and down size too. Can anyone please point me in a direction?
 
Okay guys I need a new avatar here is the base image I want could someone create me an avatar with this by downsizing it to GTP size and a border on it would be good too. Please PM me once it is done. Thanks
 


Is there any way somebody can get that down to 25 KB and shrink that 134 dimension to 120 without ruining the hilarious quality? Id super appreciate it, but I think it might be troublesome. You'll have to chop 500 KB off it!
 
Okay that last request was a little far fetched, but that avatar is still funny as hell.

But I've got a couple new ones that I'd like done for Independence Day. All I want is to make them transparent so they match the GTP color. Does anyone know what'll happen to the white space inside the 'tar though?

They both look great! There's a few artifacts I should have taken out before I shrunk and sharpened them, but your transparency is awesome nonetheless. I think I'll use the bigger one though because it's more classy and traditional.
 
In photoshop, if i want to make a pic transparent i save it as a png, duplicate the background image, delete the background image, cut out what i want transparent, then save as a png or jpg or whatever.

I have yet to get it to actually be transparent on GTP, but it will work on other forums.

All i do for GTP is take a screen shot of GTP, then use the color as the background.

But if i host your avatar and quote it, the colour will be wrong. But with Keefs avatar, it got quoted & posted and nothin went wrong ;)

Yes, but avatars aren't meant to be quoted so i, like a good amount of people, just color the background the same color as where it's supposed to go.

Actually, it’s quite a bit easier than that (assuming PS has the same filters as Fireworks) – just apply an alpha transparency filter. That’s all you have to do, since the background is #FFFFFF.

:confused:, lol.

I still don't know a lot of the features of photoshop, and i only have photoshop 7, so things i do that take me a long time are probably done in seconds with cs3.

I use Fireworks CS3. Way better than Photoshop in my opinion.

To make them:

Open.
Magic Wand Tool.
Select and delete white around images.
Save as GIF with alpha transparancy.
Open beer.

:)

Easy peasy.
