OK so here's how it is.
I had an extremely bad race, and here's why:
THAT GUY, I'm sorry, but you were not visible to me. The "buy internet" comment was really crappy of you--I can't afford internet, you guys know I'm poor. That's not an excuse. I'm an adult living on my own, not with my parents, and I have bills and school and this is not a priority. I had only 8 people on my screen (which I didn't realize wasn't everyone for a good part of the race). That guy, I didn't even KNOW I was punting you, so it's better if you calm down and act like an adult--it's a playstation game for god's sake. It was mistaken, I didn't feel the bumps AT ALL between us, didn't even know you were invisible until you made a comment mid race. So I am sorry, but I'm also not going to take unwarranted crap about it. All of us regardless of internet have had the invisible problem in the past. I'm not the first.
SECOND--Mr. Mel, that incident where you rudely gunned it into me after I passed and honked to boot is absolutely ridiculous. And then you blocked me AGAIN at the end of the race, going slow on purpose next to Pipi who had already finished and was idling. Stay on your line. That goes for all GT cars. I had multiple GT incidents where GT cars got off line which ended up blocking me because I'm waiting for them to take their proper line into the corner meanwhile they're on the opposite side of the road. Then when I do pass, they go super aggressive and nose-dive me into the corner. Guys, I'm off line, I need you not to stick your nose into places when I've already completed a pass.
I'm sorry if I ruined any races, but it IS a game and it WAS a mistake. So let's keep things in perspective. Have I ever been cruel or dirty to you guys on purpose? No. How many incidents have I ever caused in all the seasons? Practically none. So seriously, being hot heads doesn't solve stuff.
ANYWAY. I'm done with GT5 for a while, I think. I have too much else going on in my life to devote my emotions to this series. I love racing with gatrs, flyin, THAT GUY, Pipi, Jav, and everyone else who have stayed on. But I think at least the rest of this season I'm taking a good long break.
It's funny because I've always been a clean racer. So I don't know how I can, on my own, have clean laps that are practically on pace (1:48s at some points), and then get into traffic and have such a difficult time. I don't go punting people, those I can see, and I think I'm capable of clean passes as long as GT traffic is predictable and exercises the same caution I try to in the corners.
Say what you want, I'll try to respond rationally and explain anything I can. I just know as slow as I might be I'm not a dirty racer...
ADDITIONALLY: I had no problems passing Yera, weird how that works.
