Anger issues?

Oh yes, you can bet on it. Lets see, getting Gold in the sierra events, getting gold on the Goodwood Hill Climb events, the redbull challenge with the x2014, and the minute endurances. I would yell and swear at the Sierra rally whenever a stupid AI car would randomly decided to change lanes when I'm going for an overtake, which would cause me to lose my combo.

i thought canadians are chill and cool...

@Chrunch Houston
I just watched your video:

You are a pretty good and clean driver :thumbup

Hi...Saw Your vid...Have 3 questions...1 - What made You rage in that vid? I saw nothing... 2 - Every now and then You look to the side. I`ve seen people do that before, but how is that possible??? I use a controller when driving, and I don`t think there`s a sideview option??? Which button do one has to push to look sideways??? 3 - Why do You use drive line? You certainly know the track, and drive well. The drive line is the most annoying thing in Your vid, and it almost made me rage

OH no.. I made a mistake. It`s not Your vid. You uploaded another persons video...Arhhh

I host. If I were dirty, I would be sitting in an empty room every night.
I mistakenly asked another person what really are questions for You... When You have time, look at the post right above this... Thx and sorry.. It`s OK to rage out now :D

@light driver The rage video I posted is at the very top of the page. I guess he went to watch it on youtube and found my other videos.

As for the looking around, I use a g27 wheel, it has buttons just under the thumbs. I have those programmed to look left/right.

The line is just an old habit. It can be useful when going side by side through turns. If I am on the outside, and can't see the car on the inside, I can use the line as a guide to know I am giving him enough room.

OK thanks for Your kind answers to my couriosity..

Not an option for me to look around with my controller, even if it`s possible to assign a button for it...More fingers required. :p

Hmmmm the idea about using the driving line as a "side by side security line" sounds sane. So if You keep a little distance to the line in a curve, side by side with another car, You are sure there is space enough for him. OK... :)

Randomly getting DC'ed fr- OH, GT6?

Probably being milliseconds off silver in Senna Brands Hatch - Lotus 97T. Or being pitted by the AI in the NASCAR races, multiple races

Anger isn't a problem, after all, it's just a game. There are frustrations though, sometimes with my errors, but mainly through other drivers feeling the need to win the race on the first corner or barging their way past and shoving others into the wall.

The game itself no but a lot of the times it can be a pain in the back side. ''Oh, it's 10 seconds before the race you've been waiting for starts? Let me just disconnect real quick!''

An Elise 190 thought it would be fun to take me out on the last corner of the GT Nationals..I didn't trash my living room or anything but man was I pissed..

Here is a bit of road rage gone bad (for me).

This is the same guy from the first post on this page. Hagar.

He hits me four times, even though I am honking my horn at him.

After me, he runs Gullwing into the grass.

As I start to re-pass him, I try like hell to resist the urge to crash him. But I just can't. The problem though is that I have waited too long, and his MR car is not so light in the rear. I am not successful in spinning him, and he is not happy that I tried.

I wouldn't fault him when he hit you first. he gave you enough room to pass and if anything, you swerved into him. I would also classify the bumps in the turn after the bridge to be driver error and driving too fast into the turn. At the very least he should have given you the spot back.

If he had given me any room he would not have been hitting me. I was in the old 1961 Ferrari 250 GT Berlinetta. The swerving was me trying to correct, after being hit by the ass in the modern super car.

I dunno what race you're watching, but there is easily three feet between your car and the wall at the point of contact. He gave you plenty of room. I also find it odd that you say he hit your rear end, even though I can clearly see contact being made with you looking forwards in bumper cam...

I will be the first to admit I am not a student of good race craft. I have heard of Skip barber, but never met the man.

Are you telling me that I should have run up the track and onto the curb, because this guy wanted to drive were I was driving?

I am not being sarcastic.

When the first contact was made, we were not in the corner we were still on the bridge. I was going straight, and he was veering to the left.

Annoyed at times yes but not to the point im having full blown rage. its only pixels on a screen.

I get extremely frustrated sometimes, I guess you could call it anger. They are not the same thing but when I'm in the middle of it I honestly can't tell the difference and don't care anyway.
The reason I get frustrated is because, while I think the physics are good in this game, they often change suddenly and inconsistently. Just when I feel confident I know a track well, or even a specific section or corner on a track, I'll attack it the same way I have a thousand times before, in the same car with the same tune, and will go flying off into the wall or grass. No explanation, no reason, just *poof* physics suddenly and radically different. It's not tire wear, and I'm pretty sure fuel weight (empty vs full) is not modeled in this game. This is especially frustrating when I'm on a very good time trial lap, near the finish line, and it's screwed up by this. Want to throw the controller through my TV.
Then I remember it's just a game :)
It's supposed to be fun :)
But I'm letting it make me crazy >8-}

Terrible, unsportsmanlike behaviour in that video. Looked like a couple of incidences of minor contact and they you deliberately trying to wreck him.

I know, right? The guy continues to hit me even after if I honk my horn at him.

Seriously though, we have a history.

And like he is a saint? How did he know I just didn't get loose hit him by accident. He seemed to waste no time putting me into the wall.

No, he thought I did it on purpose, because he was hitting me on purpose, maybe not the first hit, but he became angry when I honked at him. He assumed I was retaliating, so he slammed me into the wall.
