And I've driven my parent's cars(the 323 is my dads, I drive it all the time, and I've driven the MPV(our prized family mover) many times, as well as driving other peoples cars) and I haven't broken anything...it's either you or the cars.

Well Josh I'm not trying to deny it. But when you look at the sceme of things, I deal with Mazda USA, Mazda Media Japan and Europe, and many other things, that's not kid stuff.

I'm proud to be a kid cause I'm not a stupid one. At my school, there's tons of stupid kids. They act stupid, they don't know anything, and they seem to not want to get smarter.

I emailed the local police dept,and here is what they have to say:

SWAT team members are selected from the active police officers in a police agency. In Orlando, and nearly all other law enforcement agencies, a SWAT assignment is like a part time job. The officers work full time at their other duties, such as Patrol, Criminal Investigations, Dog Handlers, School Resource Officers, etc. The selection process for the team is extremely competitive. Officers are evaluated on their work ethic, personal drive, ability to take orders and ability to think on their own, proficiency with weapons, physical fitness and above all judgement. Most officers selected for a SWAT Team have been with their agencies for at least five or more years. Military experience is sometimes a plus, depending on the person's training and experiences. Other than that, there is no special education or training a person can do prior to becoming a police officer.
