Yep in about 3 weeks after purchase when I basically finished the career mode bar the odd race/series which I cbf doing as it's the same repeadative process. Was logining in to keep the prize bonus current but haven't even bothered with that for weeks now

The title says it all...

Is anyone bored with GT6 already? The seasonal events are weak.... they have not offered anything DLC-wise yet..... I would like more DLC tracks, specialty cars, something to spice things up!

Yep, exceptionally bored. I have spent more time on GRID 2 than I have on GT recently and it's a better game for the most part. At least it's finished and usable and is generally more fun.

What is annoying me with the seasonal events is that for the Lotus race car one I need to buy a car specifically to do it and the car costs around 140,000 Cr. to buy but the seasonal payout for the event is 60,000 Cr. Even with the 200% bonus you're still out of pocket by 20,000 Cr. for having done the event. Which dumbass decided that was a good idea when creating them?.. Oh yeah, the tool in charge of Micro-transactions.

I would like PD to let some of the Codemaster's or Turn10's team into their office to add the social features and customization which the game deserves. Also, for them to delete the 42 MX5's and the 39 Skylines that are needlessly in the game.

Ha! Yes I agree! You have to buy a car that you don't necessarily want or need, and you LOSE money!! WTH???

There is no incentive to do the events any more. I have no interest and I'm only about 73% complete because I cannot be bothered with going after all the prizes. Not like they're worth going after anyway. It's a shame because I had 90 something percent on GT4 and since then I've lost more and more interest with the series and am overall bored with the same replicated crap each time. :(

You win the Lotus Elise Race Car '96 by getting gold in all International B missions...

Same as above really. I can't be bothered to go around doing the single player because it is dreadful and because I did the credit glitch to buy what I wanted for online I have no incentive to play the game, especially to bother about getting golds in licenses for a car I don't want. I must point out, I only did the credit glitch after the game rewards were so feeble. I was spending all of my earnings on just tyres and I couldn't buy new cars, upgrade existing ones or anything because there was just not enough money being earned. Which is a shame. For me it all boils down to incentive to play the game and at the minute I don't see any fun in it. Although I do play occasionally online with friends.

Yes, I'm bored - I've been playing other games. For me that's not a good sign, I played GT 5 for a year straight and was expecting to do the same with GT6. I need not tell you why you probably know enough from reading around the forums.

But one thing that bugs me, I have the Platinum trophy, but I don't have 100% progress - I was at 100% before the Red Bull events then since I've done all of them it's been stuck at 99% which annoys me.

Until something exciting draws me back in I'll keep playing other games.

I've been bored of GT6 for a month and a half. The only reason I continue playing the game is because I enjoy the WRS events and the competition of it. Frankly, if it wasn't for that, I may well have sold the game. The only thing exciting to look forward to is the almost certain Senna content in May (even PD and Sony aren't stupid enough to mess that one up) and, even then, I am expecting it to be paid content which I can't afford. I could go on but what's the point? PD and Sony still won't care about the game and they still won't care about the fans of the GT franchise who are being badly let down because of corporate greed

If you are into online and can find a good series or have friends that run good lobbies, and not have connection issues the game can be fun (for me). Judging by the number of people online each night I'd say a lot of people are bored to tears with GT6.

Like SUB122 said, that car is offered by achieving all Gold results in the International B Class mission races. In fact, most if not all Seasonals are with winnable cars.
The only cars you need to buy (and here I will agree with you, it's stupid) are some for One-make races...

If you play a game non stop for 3 months, you're bound to get bored.

you're from UK, and don't WANT to drive that awesome Elise Race car and its 645kg? I think you need another type of game mate.

As I said. I haven't played the A-Spec in it's entirety, nor have I made the effort to get gold on things because I only wanted money to buy cars for online so I can race with my friends but I didn't get enough money so I glitched the game.

I think it's an awful car to be honest. It looks bad, it sounds like a bee in a trumpet and it's PP band is far too high for how fast the car is. (In my opinion). But the statement you just said is a little like saying "You're from Italy. You should love the Aventador!" and we all know how bad that car is.

It took me 8 months to get tired of GT5. It has taken me less than 1 month to get tired of GT6

Its very simple.. I I played GT5 3 times end to end and collected every single race car 3 times.. It was a Joy

GT6..A Total FAIL! I get blood pressure and I want to throw the controller at my TV.. a source of irritation and I now suffer from Tourette syndrome. :p

i don't was bored to gt5 ocs they add every week some new interesting seasonal races, but i'm bored out of gt6 since about 2 month, seasonal events are very few and challenge is too easy.

I'm beginning to get a little bored. I'm getting tired of my favorite cars, so I shot out into JDM looking for something to save the game, but they're just too... Calm. You never have to worry about spinning out or any of that, they're really tame cars.

European Supercars are fun, but they begin to feel repetitive after a while.

My obsession with classic muscle is only valid with extensive tuning, which I have very little time to do now.

Hot hatches are fun, but present the same thing as JDM: Tameness.

Online is cool with a good room, but how rare are those? And with my internet connection, what are the odds of me being able to join a league here and race often?

Career?.

Just getting a little repetitive.

I disagree, love the Aventador, I found some Ferraris hard to handle though (458?).
You're right about the awful Elise's noise, but 645kg race car = win! Sooo easy to drive with an adequate setup.

Gt6 is an improvement over 5 in many ways but not all. SRF finally turned off! Online racing for me is a disappointment. The lack of players online and descent lobby's is what's lacking. When I have found a descent lobby (rare) it's usually a real good challenge. It has potential! I remember Gt5 online was always a laugh and lots of full lobby's! What's gone wrong?

I race on-line two or Three nights a Week.
It Keeps it very interesting, so No I am not Bored yet..

I also Like the Seasonal events. Especially when you create a bit of a Challenge for yourself.
One of my Favorite cars to Drive is the Shelby Cobra, So I always try to use that if it's allowed..
And Sometimes it's a REAL challenge if not Impossible to Win with it.
But it's Always a heck of a lot of Fun..
I normally will use ABS=1, but to make it more difficult, I turned it off..
Made it very interesting...

Take the Shelby Cobra challenge.
All driving aids off including ABS=0

This is such an old thread, I didn't play much back then because they didn't update the Seasonal Events consistently... Can't wait for next week...

I think I've finally given up on it and any hope of anything worthwhile happening/being added.

Judging by your visual "upgrades" that you have performed on you Cobra, one would think you despise the car.

Jokes.

If you like the Cobra my friend, and you have a half decent PC. Try the one on Assetto Corsa.

I LOVE the cobra too, favorite car in GT6, but the one on Assetto Corsa drives and sounds a million times better. You will love it when you try it

Do you have any proof of this? Source? Links?

Just did that myself. Braking from high speed in the AC version of the Cobra really puts you on the edge of your seat:lol:

Lol, Yeah its crazy under brakes.

I was driving the Traansfagaran north track last night in the cobra, I got into the final hill climb after about 20minutes of driving, I got a bit cocky, had to brake hard, then...........straight off the edge, and spawned right back at the start.:banghead::lol:👍
