It is in no way the user's fault. A game shouldn't break because someone pushes a button.
This game has so many workarounds that it is ridiculous. This forum exists to answer questions, provide information and workarounds. That should tell you there is something fundamentally wrong with PD, GT5 and its support.
It's time we stop blaming each other and hold PD accountable.
