I don't like playing the nationality card when it comes to cars in the GT series. The way I see it- nobody complains about mostly British bias with Codemasters racing games, and I don't hear people complaining about mostly American bias with the Forza series, so why Gran Turismo and why Japan? I don't necessarily get sick of Japanese cars. I am never going to say something like "I wish Gran Turismo was less Japanese." In fact, I love Japan. I'd even want to see more American cars and a better emphasis on Australian cars (and maybe more Korean cars as well). However, I am not sick of Japanese cars at all. So my answer is No.

Because American cars make up roughly 20% of FM4's car lineup. That's why.:sly:
A little different from 62% from a country with arguably less different models to choose from, yes?

I've owned and driven several japanese cars but my last 4 cars are all Aussie cars (holdens, my latest is an Ls1 powered statesman on 20's), Japanese cars represent a large chunk of what the population of most countries actually drive so yes keep them, there are allot of undriven japanese gems in the game that continue to surprise with how well they drive, I would like to see more muscle cars too of course.

Did you mean "Are you sick of Japanese cars, Paul"?
