That's been taken in the 2% of when it's been green . I been there 3 or 4 times watching various races as it's my local track and every time I've been there it's never been that green.
No big deal and I thank you for your efforts but all Australian tracks don't look green very often.

The 4 times I've Bathurst for the 12hour it's looked like the picture above. I don't want to go on about this it was just a suggestion that Australian tracks are not always nice and green.
I do appreciate your efforts and not to fault your work so please don't take it that way.

Yes you are right about QR being dry obviously being in rural Australia. But since the takeover by the new owner Tony Quinn he has updated the circuit from the standards of 1999 to 2022 and beyond. So I'd say something like the grass will be much more kept after. And the garages have been updated to and potentially lights will be added. It's probably not related but just a heads up on maybe why it looks like this in the new update.

On freensync monitors, you only need to lock fps 2 or 3 frames after starting this feature, saving GPU.

Where I live, what are considered heatwave temperatures in many parts of Europe are just a typical summer day, so keeping my PC & GPU temperature under control is critical for many months of the year. I found undervolting to be very effective. Not only do the temperatures improve, but my PC also uses less power and I get better FPS too as the GPU doesn't end up being throttled.

Another worthwhile thing is to set a custom fan speed curve to ramp the fans up a little higher than standard once things start warming up inside the PC case. This can be done in MSI Afterburner too.

For the custom fans as I mentioned I already tweak them up two months ago and I did exactly what you did too, for the video thank you, appreciated.
Are you from Spain/portugal? Because I think just those two can be hotter than Italy/Greece 😂

Btw I have a 60hz ultra wide monitor (LG) and i set the FPS limit at 60, do I get to go a little higher like 65/70 or is it good to keep it at the limit?

I noticed that now with a frame limit of 60fps my card runs at 63/64°C which is absolutely good. At that point undervolting become useless because with those temps I don't have to worry about thermal throttling that much or am I wrong?

50000 is obviously super bright but it seems to be needed for this particular mod. I think most cars =<600 seems to be good

This is a big chapter for the future of CSP. idk what wfx do you use (base, Sol or Pure), but just imagine you are in a bright surrounding in daylight. What lamp/LED gives this amount of light? Its like alien technology.

The great thing about an under volt via MSI, is that you can firstly save like 5 pre-sets, so I have a 'standard' pre-set then i have the one that i have tested which allows me to use a low voltage and mhz cap.

So you could happily not use the undervolt if you choose or use it if you wish.

The thing with the undervolt is that once you realise how much you can lower voltage thus heat thus power but still get the same results its enlightening.

With this I have shown myself that I don't need to run everything at maximum power just because it can.
Stuff like RFactor 2 30 odd car grids on max settings at 60hz my GPU is barely doing anything, like 1100mhz at 7.02volts.

For me undervolting is a revelation and oddly only became on my radar when i got an RTX 3080, if you look on google everyone from jays2cents to randoms literally bust the myth of "run it all at prefer max performance".

And the best bit max performance is just a click away if you wanted it.
Its not so bad now prices have dropped, but when these things were nearly 1k investments and hard to find, being obsessed by keeping them happy sort of took me over.
They are worth looking after.

indeed as Masscot pointed out, fps/gpu issue is not much improved

furthermore I now noticed another big issue (which was not there in 1.0 i presume else i would have noticed) : the mirrors are showing image at a 45 degree angle ...

Maybe i found some method to increase performance.
There are lots of indivisual huge polygonal meshes. But there are also small size meshes which use same material.
So i imagine that merge them and reduce quantity of materials.
It can be a opmization i beileve!

It will take long time, i will try and test with my friend.

And mirrors are noted.

If your GPU is now running at a consistent 63/64°C, undervolting isn't necessary. 👍

EDIT: Safi is right though. With undervolting, you can generally get equal performance (or greater in some cases) using far less power, especially if you're only running a 60Hz monitor. With electricity prices going crazy all over the world, that's not a pointless thing.

You probably already have this on your TODO list:

• unsealed gaps in the bodywork
• driver's right foot should be on the accelerator pedal
• no rain on the rear window but rain inside the car
• lights are too bright
• only half of the analog gauges is visible

Yes, we are in winter now, but... my PC is an Alienware Aurora R5 which has a fairly small case, so it heats up pretty easily with an RTX 3070 in it. For that reason, I undervolt all the time anyway. In all the tests I've ever done, I actually get better performance from the GPU doing that too.

I remember my Gigabyte GTX1080 did overclock very nice on auto using EVGA, while for my Zotac RTX3070, Zotacs own and EVGA precision, GPU tool is not working, so I’m back to Afterburner, only now for the undervolt as the new card do not overclock well.

With my current Afterburner profile, I've got good temperatures, anything up to 180fps with a single car on track and generally well over 100 with a full grid. Also, I think keeping the case closed actually helps direct air correctly around the GPU heat sink too, so it's all good the way things are working at present.

thanks but I do not get a result as you do without turning on PP ...
I was looking to make the brakelights visible WITHOUT making use of any PP filter

I know it's possible , as I've seen car mods that have perfectly visible brakelights with PP disabled...

I cranked it up to COLOR=1,0,0,500000 but then still it's barely visible :

edit : I made the mesh transparant (changing via CM Showroom, altering the KN5 but that's ok)
now it shows clearly

but it's a "quick&dirty" solution I guess

Was able to fix te mirrors on the loire, kinda. But the mirror in the Revolution needs to be moved by a couple pixels. Where can I find the file to do that?

I have a print of that image of tracks around the world that is surrounded by the Isle of Mann hanging in front of my rig and I've managed to download every single track except for 1, Kymiring. It mocks me every day

I've done a fair amount of searching and someone at some point created a private version of the mod for a Finnish Esports event, but never released it to the public. It was almost 2 years ago at this point, it seems odd that there doesn't seem to be a mod of this track yet.

Anyone know of any version of it?

There is one version (from MotoGP) being worked on by a community member.
The one you show is private, kinda... it might be being worked on, but I cant say... yet
