tested this beautifull 2019 Porsche 911 Carrera 4S Cabrio (author ?)

(car folder names : porsche_911_carrera4s and porsche_911_carrera4s_rfdown )

it's only downsides I noticed are being way too detailed (1.4M triangles) and not having working wipers/rainfx/shadows on glass...
anyone has made working wipers+rainfx for this?

I can share my chameleon skin if anyone interrested... just PM me for it. (don't know since i don't know the author if I can just post skins for it without asking... 😉)

I liked this Lamborghini SC20 mod (found on ACTK Garage), original author: Unknown... (I'm a sucker for cabrio's, since it's so much easier to admire the beautifull skydomes of Peter in VR when there's no roof, and I can't race properly anyways )

But it came with only 1 skin (true to real life), and speedometer was kinda blurry...
Also some glass was (still) not transparent and the sound was up for improvement.

Anyway, here's the updated version for you all (full repack including some extra fixtive skins and a better/different sound) : DOWNLOAD

Hi everyone!

I Hope that anyone can help me with the URD Mercedes CLR 1999. The car is fantastic but when I'm trying to simulate the 1999 24H LeMans I found that It has no front lights. If you put the exterior cameras you can see that the bulbs are lighting, but the asfalt still black and, as you can imagine, you can't drive if you can't see anything.

Is there any way make this problem solved, I tested any other Cars, like RSS Toyota GT One, or Chrysler Viper and they works fine (circuit is the 1998/1999 versión of LeMans)

As I can see, the car is an un finished Project from URD and has problemas with the lights and the wippers. Maybe there's no way to work properly so better don't Drive It at Nights.

What's the most current version of this mod? The version I have just lists Bonny's name with a (0) after it so i'm not sure if i'm up to date.

Then I must have an old version. I'll have to search again for version 1. I might have trouble finding it though because it was a chore just to find the version I have.

As for the other thing, I just quote my own post and the links get carried over to my new post. It only works for links embedded in the original post though. If you attach a file to a post, those don't get carried over with a quote.

A lot of things still to be adjusted (but the first adjustments were made) in these 4 cars from 1989 (from a mod received with problems in the dimensions of the cars/tires/airfoils.
Let's see what can be improved to make the dimensions similar to the mod (1990).
It won't be an easy task, as I have my technical limitations.
I can only use 3dsimed.

Hi,
I´ve the same problem. I use Sol. I tried all the things that was recommended. It didn´t solve the problem.
I switched Real-Mirror on and off, reinstalled the car... no solution.
I also noticed that the CAR Mirror app is missing (the one where you can for example change the y-axle or x-axle).
Smart Mirror app is there. But doesn´t change the axles or the blurred/distorced view.
It is focused on MNBA-cars and some else, but not at all other cars.

Is there already a solution to the problem?

I advise you to check in data\mirrors.ini whether the names of the mirror objects are written correctly; if the mirror objects are not registered, or are written incorrectly, then there is severe blur and distortion in the mirrors, and the CAR Mirror application is also unavailable.

WIP WTCC87 (Race07 amarcord).
Alfa 75 and Volvo 240 come from Race07 while the M3 started from the Kunos base and brought it back to 1987 without the aerodynamic appendages and changed wheels (obviously I will also update the physics)

I got this 1998 mod from a friend quite a while ago. Can anyone tell who is the author... is it a pay mod? I don't want to share anything without permission or a pay mod.

This season is one of my favs because it started the Hakkinen/Schumacher rivalry which lasted for three years. 1998 had some unforgettable races like the crazy Spa rain GP.

I have very good quality full skin pack (or actually all cars have their own folder, not just separate skins) and I have collected all good tracks for the full 1998 season and created an amazing season. With the exception of Buenos Aires 1998 I have very competitive tracks. Buenos Aires is available too and it looks great but the ai and pitlane are badly broken. There is no alternative as far as I know and I think the author hasn't fixed the track.

I suspect the cars are based on Virtua Simulazioni - Ferrari F300 v1.1 and mclaren-mp413_v1, which is obviously based on Kunos F2004 because it drives very similar (very well).

Here's the car folder.

Later part of the video has replay. I drove with TC1 because McLaren actually "cheated" and had kinda "TC" until Ferrari managed to get it banned. It was an extra brake pedal which they used to get better corner speeds.

Same folder name as yours, United Racing Design v 1.0.
data.acd is stamped 13/03/2023 and the ext_config.ini from 05/03/23.

Thanks... strangely enough it doesn't change the headlights on my car, they still aren't emissive 🤔
It's not in the config, both yours and mine are the same.

Now that I look at the video better, I recognize that the Mods are perhaps those of Sim Dream Development. I bought this package the first few days of using AC but I was so disappointed that I immediately deleted it (horrible sound and very low quality texture). Did you improve it by any chance?
