Hi guys need a little help with pit crew visibility. They're not appearing in any mode. I looked at the track adjustment options. I have hide crew in track day mode unticked but they don't show up in trackdayys and also don't show up in any other modes either. Whether I have this option ticked or not, there's no difference except the team logo at pit lane also doesn't load if I have the option ON. In CM Showroom they appear fine.
Can someone figure out what is going on?

Pit crews appear at maximum environment detail settings.check your graphics settings

Quick question - I have the AI on one car that refuses to use more than zero turbo boost. All engine files and ai_default setup files are telling it to use 100% boost, but the AI car will not use anything other than 0% boost. Any one have any solution to this?

Here is an direct link from TomSim's discord for all the cars he's updated and posted so no one goes over to ACTK's website and gives him revenue farming.

I'll update the links if i remember, whenever he pushes out an update for the cars.
Ford Matech GT1 updated V2 // Probably the best actual glow up, New engine bay with a real engine inside, new rims and brake systems, new mapping, new objects, 3d model fully revised, new front and rear lights, new textures, animated shifter, complete new data (aero, tyres, suspension, power, AI, cameras...), new CSP configs and additions, LMS skins created and added, actual skins revised, new lods, new sound by NekoTaisen // DON'T FORGET TO DELETE THE OLD CAR AND MAKE A CLEAN INSTALL! (Link has been updated in the original post to reflect this)

Note: Disable ABS in the tuning menu. Car did not have it irl so having it enabled causes the brakes to not work.

Thankyou very much

@ninezeroniner which one is better? the one you linked or the one by Paddockclubmods? i get confused...........
I personally find the one from ChemFlummi, PaddockClubMods better... but that's subjective obviously!

I have v1.1j...

Version 1.1
Digital instruments fix (Masscot)
Wiper bug fix (Alis_70)
Abs bug (Andrevr)

Version 1.1j
lowered sound pitch from 1.1 to 0.9
replaced sunbanner for lighter one... (can't get it totally transparent though)
body less reflective (to remove disturbing road reflection at the base of the bumper)

HERE a repack with all this combined for your convenience...

Didn't know, I have yet to try the car. TomSim's work and reworks have been solid tho.
I suppose you might have better reasons to ditch the other one other than the pilot view which is easily tweakable...

Good to have both so thanks, it's easy to loose track of GTP users' cars tweaks fragmented through all the thread.

Hi, can anyone solve what problem of displaying the internal cockpit on the Ford GT1 by TomSims... I also have the one by ChemFlummi / PaddockClub... But this one is also very good. Thanks a lot

I'm having another minimal problem with TomSim's Ford, it makes my CM Showroom crash.
Works perfectly in-game and in CSP Showroom.

Could it be a system-related bc7 dds compression issue?
DxDiag says dx12 is working correctly though...

Go to the car skin folder and open skin.ini with notepad.
Make a backup of skin.ini (just in case).
Delete all the section named [CREW].
Go on track and check

ASR are kinda stingy about their mods. They went after people on Racedepartment for making skins for their cars, claiming ownership etc. They make good mods but the way they handle the rest is kinda wank.

In other words, does anyone know of a point-to-point track similar to Pikes Peak but not as long? I'm looking for a decent point-to-point track to test cars on. As fun as Pikes Peak is, it's a bit too long, and making one mistake means restarting the whole lap which gets frustrating after four crashes. I used to test at Rechberg, but someone pointed out that the track was inaccurate, and that kind of ruined the enjoyment of the climb after doing some comparisons. I tried looking around and found a lot of cool tracks made by Renntom, but many of them have terrible lighting, and the grass and textures in general look radioactive. Are there any decent point-to-point tracks for Assetto Corsa that are similar in length to Rechberg and don't look like they were made for rFactor 1?
If you want 'attractive' point-to-points then Happogahara is fairly short and twisty

Down the valley and then up the other side - 4 to 5 mins
(Just choose the real grip versions when selecting the track in CM rather than the arcade grip versions)

or really short then the Goodwood Hill Climb
