if any one is interested, i checked the motor mag today and here were the results of the two challenges

challenge 1
winner- 7'02.0xx (thats freakish!)
3rd ME 7'07.978

challenge 2
winner- 4'39.0xx (with formula granturismo)
i came 2nd in that one with 4'55.198 in minolta

obviously, these two laps, the two drivers must have really found every possible way of gaining time by cheating, so ultimately, the competition sucked in that respect as the times arent clean, but still, it was fun to compete, cya later.

Thanks for the update Holl01, sorry you din't win... if there was ever a cheater I'd root for it was you! :-)

:-) :-)

Maybe the dudes were just THAT quick!.. lol

Yeah I know.. LUDICROUS!.. ;)

I bought the latest(??) EVO mag the other day. It's a brit mag so cost me $10.95. There's a Zonda S, Carrera GT and F430 on the cover. In it there's an article on The 'Ring and Heidfeld takes the journo's on a lap in an M5.

Anyways, he states that he can drive around The 'Ring in a DTM Opel (probably Astra) in Arcade mode with Soft (not sure if super softs) in 6:04's..

That sounds like a new challenge!! :)

haha, yeah, in my lap with the nissan i did cheat, but only 4 times, to get a time of 7'02.xxx, that person would have found like 10 or more places to cheat, anyways, he was better and faster, he ultimately deserved the first prize 👍

Sounds nice but we don't know if he's on softs or supersofts and what car he's using(ASTRA OR CALIBRA) But I would like to try it 👍

I'm thinking he PROBABLY used the Astra.. wouldn't you??

There should be a pretty big difference in lap times with those two tyres at The 'Ring, so which ever is the closest, use...
