Personally I find auto better than manual because you won't lose precious seconds mistakenly changing gear and you get maximum output
Unless you have aids all off and you don't have a 4wd car auto is the way to go
So, here you are suggesting that manual is slower than auto, because gear changes can be missed.
To clarify that you may be mistaken, I suggest you race an auto civic, against a manual civic, which, incidentally, is a car with a tiny engine, that requires it reach a high RPM in order to generate it's maximum BHP, and therefore be "quick".
You accept my suggestion, by asking me to "bring my manual".
I opened a room, added you, waited ten minutes (which you did apologise for) and then you turn up.
I've chosen Suzuka, because any GT fan will have driven there, and it has inclines, downhills, a long straight, and some corners that can really be maximised by using a manual transmission.
I also set damage to none, and turned all aids off, because we are conducting an experiment to see if a manual Honda civic is indeed slower than an automatic civic, and therefore discovering which gearbox is better to use, so that all racers all over the world can change their habits and switch to godzidane method, so we won't need aids, or damage, or a boost to be "on".
You entered the room, and went to the regulations, and changed the only usable car to a Nissan GT-R.
Then proceeded to change other regs like, damage etc.
I lost interest.
If you wanted to waste my time, you did a good job.
If you wanted to convince me you're right, you didn't.
Have fun.
