How many years do you think Barry Bonds has left?

c'mon people, have you no respect for Barry Bonds:(

I give him 2 more years after this current season! The steriods will catch up to him and he will be a cripple in a llittle under 10 years from now

he doesn't take steroids it's just a heavier bat and plus they would check him for steroids now wouldn't they:odd:

I'll give him three years until his ligaments fall off his bone from use of steroids.

A heavier bat? Haha.

its maple wood they say its the heaviest bat in the league. watch sportscenter please;)

besides, wouldn't he have got suspended if he did use steroids?:dunce:

No. He wouldn't get suspended. There is no testing of any sort that goes on in the league.

He has gotten so much larger over the last couple years that I find it hard to believe he isn't using some performance enhancing drug.

remember when baseball went on strike and they agreed on testing:dunce:

does anyone think he'll hit 755 homers
Yeah, and if he stays healthy he'll do it in four seasons.

at least you're not saying he's on steroids:rolleyes:

I don't need to repeat it, it's pretty obvious.

I say he has 3-5 years left, he'll end up between 756-800, and he doesn't take steriods. And the drug testing they agreed on was voluntary, and I think a total of about 5 players have done it since.

what i mean is that people who take steroids wouldn't want to be caught now would they

Yea, I know but that's what they agreed on. Remember who the commish is? Who says anything he does makes sense.

I love Selig because he's so damn unpopular.

I think the winner of the world series should host the following year's all star game, then keep Selig's all-star/world series idea.

It's a vicious cycle and we'd probably play the all star game most years in Atlanta or New York, but it'd mean something, and that's what Selig's all about.

Hey, I'm a Braves fan so it's fine with me, but I still think the home field idea is stupid. But I'm 100% positive the deal they made left the testing voluntary.

the all star game doesn't work that way, they already know who's gonna host each one like three years before

give cities like detroit a chance

Um, duh? Change it.

Selig is all about change too.

give cities like detroit a chance
Why? What the hell do they do except lose constantly? Their star is somebody like Bobby Higginson, they have no pitching or offense, and they haven't made the playoffs since before Klos was conceived.

Move them to Las Vegas, stick the Diamondbacks in the AL central, and maybe they'll get some support and some players.

He wasn't saying that's the way it is now. I don't think Detroit deserves one until it can break 75 wins in a season.

They have loads of pitching, Doug. No batting, so it doesn't matter.
