I was playing on my friend's XBox and I doubled his marksman bonus :lol: it was only 370m or something though.

Nice 2 or 3 rounds gundalini. I love Noshahr and we cleaned up nicely there. Kharg was a great battle, we really struggled to finished em off; how the hect you wind up with 21 kills 👍

I hate Noshahr :lol:, I always seem to get cleaned up there.
At Kharg it was mostly a combination of tanks and poor chopper pilots. A good chopper pilot will stop a tank any day. I got cut of there too so I lost the 4 kills I had at the time and about 1500 pts. :ouch:

I noticed it was a US server, I think my luck has changed on the server front (Aus anyway) that we've been discussing. 👍

I've found Shotgun's work very well at Noshahr, it's either that or support with some C4 and go tank killing.
 
This is how I get shot down a lot I think.
Otherwise, tank drivers are just really really good at aiming all of a sudden.......

On the subject of lots of differing nationalities.... i would like to add that whenever Legendary or someone from Oz turned up in our lobby on CoD, the game would be laggy as hell for them or for us, or both.

I don't notice this so much, if at all when I happen to be running along side Mike Rotch or Dzidza.
Indeed it's like they're in the same room as me.....

Considering the amount of things going on, and all the pinging involved, I would say that is some pretty impressive data transfer speed going on there.

Still doesn't excuse the game's front end menu system though, eh?

That CITV thing in the tank brings up a question... If the driver of the tank has this unlocked but you don't, can you still get in a tank as the third person? Or do you need to have that unlocked as well in order to be able to join the tank on the CITV?

mr_geez - You say that, but a friend has unlocked the 3rd person. But I can never get in it when there's 2 in there. There's probably some sort of qualifier, tank kills, rank, etc.

Got this on Wednesday so far so good! I'm not as terrible as I was in the beta which surprises me :lol:

Right now I'm going with assault mostly, it's just a job I feel comfortable with while learning the maps and I don't feel totally useless. Engineer seems like a cool class. Haven't really played the other two. Been playing Rush mostly, particularly on Metro and Bazaar, I like the firefights you get into.

Flew my first plane this afternoon as well, I think I might end up being pretty good at it with some practice! I was expecting it to be much harder having read one or two things but it seemed pretty simple. Although saying that, I did suicide while trying to make a desperate attempt to break an enemy's lock. :lol:
 
Only two ways to break a lock on.

1: Have flares to deploy. (you earn these after levelling up your jet skillz)

2: Fly low enough behind something so that the missile/guy launching it cannot track you.

3: Rename your PSN login as "xxMaD-tYtE-sNiiiPeRzzSkIlLz-yOxx"

I thin when I was with my friend, I parachuted and got in his heli while doing so, then he said it flew weird, and noticed my parachute hanging out of it. I wonder if you could ACTUALLY parachute a jeep down. Lol

I'm not sure about that but apparently it is possible to land the jeep on something at the bottom and survive. I think it's the tanker truck but they may have patched that now.

Yea, I can usually join most US servers ok - I find there aren't enough Aus ones going usually and I dont like joining 23/24 ones as its bound to be in the middle of a fire fight and I hate joining midstream.
 
I can join Asia, West Coast and Aussie servers with 3+ bars, although NZ is closer to America (kind of :p)

I need to get into a few games with you, Mike and Gundalini. Would be good to have some games squadded up without too much lag 👍

That and 95% of the time you take the place of someone who has just rage quit with their team on about 25 tickets to 130 tickets. :rolleyes:
Last night when I came back on you had left so I browsed the West Coast US servers. Wow talk about a choice, joined in and played a few rounds, didn't get cut off but I think I suffered a bit of lag here and there. It wasn't so bad that I couldn't play though.
I had recently unlocked the frag rounds for the USAS so I was trying them out when on a couple of occasions I unloaded into a guys chest on fully auto for him to shoot me once for the kill.
On the kill cam it showed his health at 100% so I didn't even hit him. I know my aim can be off at times but come on.
