I forgot about that, I did that with friends in BC2. :D

So you can just get an unlimited amount by resupplying and can lay down all you want without them disappearing?

Yeah according to all reports and official updates its 4 maps in the Back to Karkand. Karkand, Gulf of Oman, Sharqui Peninsula, and Wake Island.

I'd imagine we will see a ton more map packs after likely mostly paid stuff.

I have a feeling they'll probably do Karkland and then a throwback type deal like they did in Bad Company 2. Although those maps are part of the Bad Company series. So maybe not.
 
First impressions are is the game looks sweet on the Ps3 online is epic frankly very good gunfights pretty awesome and campaign good too
 
For the second week running I can't connect properly, only managed one co-op mission before it started to disconnect again. :rolleyes: Anyone else having problems?
 
I've always had issues with Co-op. I've only done the helicopter mission so far because I get disconnected so often. I haven't tried in a while now though.

Way to often for my liking in multiplayer. Just get into a good team and "you have been disconnected from the server". Grrr

After finishing the Co-op missions and unlocking all of the weapons a few weeks ago, I have not played any more Co-op. But when I was still doing working towards unlocking all of the weapons, I would connect to a mission on what seemed to be about a 50-50 basis and spent a lot of time waiting for the matchmaking to find someone. It was quite frustrating and I am glad I have finished the grind for all of the weapons.
 
I bought a new modem (with wi-fi built in) and I've had no problems any more. I was getting disconnected all the time with the crappy modem comcast gives you.
 
I've given up on quick match all it ever does is send me into an empty server. I would like a filter where it does not search for any empty servers. The other issue I have on a semi regular basis is all of the sudden after dieing I get to the selection screen and cannot click anything. Nothing responds to my clicks. Now, I can esc and use arrow keys which allows me where to spawn and hit enter. But I can't do anything else unless I leave the server or switch servers. Anyone else on the PC had this issue?
 
Had absolutely zero issues all evening on my end on PS3, wasn't playing any co-op though when I have previously it's also gone smoothly bar the first day or 2 after release.

Been working primarily on Support to try to get all the basic gadgets (up to mortars in other words) and I have discovered the SAW is a monster, though I suppose all the LMGs are as good I've yet to really try any others. It's a difficult beast to tame but with 200 bullets to fire (extended mags) without interruption you can really ruin a squads day, managed to equal my best killstreak taking down 22 enemies on Caspian Border of all maps 1 knife, 21 SAW kills.

Now if Sony could just get on sending me my own disc back so I don't have to keep borrowing it off my house-mate I would be sorted.
 
Would anybody be willing to do some coop with me? I'm about 30k from the SG553 and I only need to do the mission Exfiltration on hard. I'm also down for multiplayer, I finally got the MW3 platinum so Battlefield 3 here I come!
 
Lately I've been getting old of the game. It's just not the same as BC2, it seems. In more ways than one. It's a good thing, but it's also a bad thing. I feel like the fire has died, and it might just be the lack of squad play. I don't play with friends because I can't communicate whatsoever.
