It was a good round in the end as the enemy team dominated us on the first four objectives.
They might have gotten the next objective too as they rushed in with their lav at the last second surprising everyone but someone spawned on their last ticket.

2 guys hopped out of that lav right into my bullets. Round ended right as i hit click to make lav go boom. I came in right when they blew A on that last set and they still had around 60 tickets left.


@mike, i noticed after i posted you were still on with us :).
Oh and a couple weeks ago you were inquiring about jouning a clan. We are always looking for more team oriented mature players. Send over an application through battlelog. Also whenever im on i run my comms on team instead of squad.

I'm gonna play in about 30 minutes if anybody would like to squad up. I'll probably be rusty as hell since I haven't played in a few weeks.

I was able to shoot down a jet with a regular tank shell the other night.
Nothing special right?
Well maybe not, but it wasn't the ordinary shot where a jet flies right at your tank and you shoot it right in the cockpit.
The jet actually flew over me and I shot at it as it was leaving. Sadly my shot was too low to hit it.

Or so I thought. I already started turning around when the jet suddenly changed course and flew downwards.
Right into my tank shell it seems. :D

This is the greatest sense of satisfaction I get from this game. Last night defending the first set of mcoms on Kharg island I brought down the enemy's Thunderbolt and Viper with my tank shell, both in the spam of under a minute. Needless to say, they came back for revenge. (And ate a bunch of Iglas, javelins, and my guided shell.). Without them able to maintain air support we crushed them. Love me some tanking.
 
I had one of those games tonight where I wish I had been recording...

Went like 35 or so and 9 on Bandaar, no big deal; had a long spawn/death streak....

But, I shot down two choppers (attack and scout) , a jet, and had about 6 or 7 infantry kills from a main battle tank in about 30 seconds.... I am kicking myself.

I really need a bigger hard drive... I really wish they just uploaded replays to the cloud.
 
Wow. I suck. Gonna take me a few matches to get back into the swing of things.

Had a pretty funny moment last night where for some reason the enemy attack chopper thought it would be a good idea to land on our runway at Caspian. Saw him from the spawn screen, so I hopped in the jet and got him with the main gun without taking off. :lol: It was funny at the time.
 
Glad to here you got the patch sorted out gatrs. Did you get armored kill as well?
Not to sure how much i will be on the next couple days. Getting the house ready for my daughters halloween party, gotta get a tux for a wedding im in and just have to be an adult for a couple days :)

I've only done the ninjas one after many many tries with a laggy communication between me and a friend. He's from the USA so that might have had something to do with it. :p

Is anyone else having problems connecting to the EA server on PS3?
Just about every game I've joined after about 6pm for the last 2 days has been cut short after a few minutes of play. Then I get a notice saying "Cannot connect to EA online servers" or something similar, and can't do anything involving an online connection.
Really annoying:grumpy::grumpy:
 
Had a match last night where the whole map started to cave in on itself!

Anyone else have that problem??
 
Did you happen to be playing Op. Métro on Rush? That happens after the first set of M-COMs. Fighter jets bomb a hole into the subway and the fighting continues there.

I was playing on caspian,
The map was actually flinching and forming horizontal zigzags and all sorts
Could see under the map and jeeps could jump the ripples!!!

Edit: Glitching, not flinching

I was lining a tank up with a javelin on caspian the other night, not really paying close attention to ticket count.
Well, i should have been because i got a radio tower off the top of the head.
 
Yep :) in near 400 hours thats the first time its happened. I was def getting strange looms from the wife when she asked why i was laughing.

Plus side is that i got the javelin off and got a double kill on the tank ')
 
Haha I bet! Never happened to me but almost been crushed by it in a jet, I would have been to blame though, seeing as I was trying to fly under it haha! Just made it though


Well isn't that just a stroke of good and bad luck! Haha
 
Specialist assignments done, Took me longer than expected. Havnt been playing as much lately though.
 
Trying to beat the campaign on hard. Easier than I thought honestly. I'm currently on 'Rock and a hard place'.

My god... Why is it so glitchy? I've had so many glitches this walk through I haven't had before. Like checkpoints not updating (but story continuing) audio bugs and now, the dialogue in the opening scene of Rock and a Hard Place is infinitely looping. :irked:

Only glitches i experienced was the odd little pause when autosaving, And the so called and over dramatised :)"white light of death" glitch.

I have finished one. I just recently finished the F2000 one two days ago. I was not sure I would finish the F2k either. The F2k and I do not see eye to eye, at least did not until I started using the combination of Foregrip and Suppressor. Those two attachments made the weapon more effective. For whatever reason, the F2k and I just do not get along very well. I would guess it has to do with the F2k not really having an overall advantage over any other Assault weapon.

I have a difficult time sticking to one weapon in a class for more than about a day at a time. This is very likely why I just finished one of the Specialist Assignments recently. I am slowly working my way to finishing each Assignment though. I have portions of each completed or nearly completed.
