you've got to be joking, i've tried various set-ups and this car is terrible. you must know something i don't

The stratos handles great once you change the suspension and LSD a little.

for a realistic road car, the RUF 3400 S is really neutral and easy to drive at its limits. I like the Fairlady Z cars handling too. I prefer cars that have slight understeer and predictable handling for online races so i can stay consistant. These are my go to's for 450- 525PP.

I'm sure it's not the best handling, but I love my Lamborghini Murcielago LP670-4 SV, fully upgraded... I won the GT All Stars in the Expert Series with it, all gold trophies in a road car (granted it's upgraded), against a bunch of race cars with nearly 100 more performance points:D

3400 is beast!

For handling:

Definitely the Scuderia or 458 for an MR, and for an FR many BMWs work well. My favorite is the M3 CSL.

For sheer noise:

Lamborghini Gallardo LP-560. There is just something about that Italian V10 that gives me goosebumps. I am sure I can be contested on this, but I just think that is one of the best engine sounds out there. Sometimes I do free runs at Rome just to relax and listen to the engine haha.

For FF´s:
Trial Celica --> So nice so fast (480-518pp). And stock it´s a dream.
SRT-4 --> "THE" official smoking-maschine :D plus it´s quite fast too.

For FR´s:
M3´s and the Z4M --> Easy controlable handling plus if you want to drift them you can.
LFA --> I like it very much (stock and slightly tuned)

MR´s:
NSX --> Any Year they just are superb
Elise/Tommy ZZ-S --> I think both are so good Cars that I have to put them together.
Ruf 3400S --> Just Awesome

AWD:
Tommy ZZ-II --> Stock it´s one of my favourites. Plus it´s so cheap :D
CTR2 --> Powwwwwweeeerrrrrr !! Even stock it´s so wicked fast it always puts a smile on my face. But it´s Tricky too.

RR:
Ruf RGT --> Mine is at 550pp and I like it so much I did 3.5k km´s at Nordschleife just for fun.
Yellowbird ---> Not for the fastness it has inside but for the effort you have to put in. If you are just a moment unaware => your screwed 👍

€dit: R390 Road Car and the other Cars with adjustable front Downforce I left out because they are obviouse picks.

I think the McLaren F1 '94 and the Ferrari 458 Italia are the best handling street cars. I have two of each, one copy tuned to the max and the other copy stock. I love those cars and the 458 Italia is my favorite car in the game.

The new Toyota 86 on Sports Softs is incredible! I feel that it lacks a bit of power compared to it's level of grip, but take it to the 'Ring and you can push the car to crazy levels for several laps. The amount of entry speed you can take into corners, with the car just keeping stable and manageable, is amazing!

I've tuned one to the max, but have kept one stock because whatever I do with the tuning on the maxed out one, it still won't ever feel as good as the stock 86 (regardless of how quick I'm going).

Here's an odd one that most probably haven't considered.... last night I bought and tried out the '90 FC RX-7. With just the fixed sports suspension kit and hard sport tires I felt like it was the easiest car to control at the limit out of all the ones I've driven up to this point. The car is way fun.

I enjoy driving a Honda DC5-R more than anything really, the RM is even better but it's not a 'road car' so leaves me with the DC5-R.

other road cars i enjoy driving are:

E92 M3
Elise 111R
Lambo Countach
R35 GTR
ZR1
GT86

and probably a lot i missed out too

Um....after many tweeks, now the Bugatti entered the list of road cars with good handling. As other people have mentioned, the NSX LM Road, the R390 Road, Italia, 3400 S, W12 Nardo.

Also I believe LFA, S2000 GT1 (premium), R8 5.2...

Nissan GT-R, GT-R V-spec, Toyota 86GT, Amuse S2000 GT1.

(The ones in bold are my favorite handling cars.)

C'mon guys! Its clearly the Peugeot 106 Rallye!

But there should a best of every type engine/drivetrain combo, this imo (yes with RS tires) is the best handling FF non-race car, unless the Civic Mugen counts?

Nissan R390 GT1 road car by a long way, i raced online and beat Bentley Speed 8 around trial mountain.
Says it all really

I've yet to try the thing out yet. I think I bought one a while back, so I'll take it around the ring and see if it is as good as people say it is. :)

Sandman- You should pick the top 10 cars metioned and add a poll to this. Might be cool to see what car people think handle the best 👍

Amuse S2K GT1 Turbo is great speed, great acceleration, great handling, and plus it looks like a beast.

Yeah it's a good car, but it's not good looking unless you like park benches strapped on to the back of small sports cars. ~Turtle
