Through a Carver 6250 receiver and AL-III loudspeakers, my girlfriend can put away her rabbit and simply sit on the floor in front of the TV when I'm driving the SLS.

Love the sound of my Merc 190E 2.5 with Sports Exhaust. Luvin' that roar.
Love the sound of a Sport Exhaust on a 1999 R34 Skyline.
My Devil Z and Legendary FC replica
For me it's the Shelby Series 1 for stock cars, and the Chapparal 2D for race cars.

PD really messed up the sound on some cars, e.g., Sauber C9, but on those two they nailed it.
The 787B is the best sounding in my opinion.
Shame the Toyota GT-One sounds worse than it did in GT4.
Citroen GT sounds boss when you start it up.

Im finding that the VR38DETT is sounding amazing with Semi Racing
Probably not. There was this glitch going around in the past that caused nearly all of your cars to have no exhaust note. All you could hear was the faint whine of the transmission, the wind and your tyres rolling on the ground .
Don't know if it's been mentioned but the Ferrari F430 Skideria(intentional misspelling) sounds quite nice with sports exhaust on it.
...same thread bro, look at the OP.
What all can change sound of a car? Is it just the exhaust(muffler), or can the cats and headers change it too? what about engine tuning?
The Peugeot 205 Turbo 16 has a great rumble at low RPM.
The Range Stormer with racing exhaust sounds like a diesel at low rpms.
