If only they could upgrade all of the standard cars (piece by piece) until they have an acceptable interior. Just FGT levels of detail would be perfect.

I was confused by the Prowler too. But one of the few 'roof-less' convertibles that aren't race cars in game, so it's still pretty nice. Working dials too, confirmed. Snapped this pic, apologies for sub-par photography

The plastic/leather is actually nicely textured, unlike what I've seen in the FGT (no working dials, jaggies, oh well). Another nice touch is the body-coloured panels on the dash, similar to the Fiat 500.

Best one is the F1 cars cockpit! They have made my day, so happy!

Those are excellent standard car interiors! I will have to check thpse cars out for sure. Also great thread. 👍

I think that the steering wheel and hands are always "premium". At a minimum the hands are even if you can't clearly see them in the blacked out interiors.

I tried the RUF CTR2 I was disappointed that I the cockpit was all black. :/ Only silhouettes.

The Chapparel 2J has a good interior, however I wonder whether the dials will ever be upgraded so that they are working, because they seem to be properly modelled, like the Prowler's.

Actually I expected less. I wasn't expecting for PD to give detail to some of the cars. So I'm quite impressed. But yeah after this I want now PD to upscale ALL the cars X3

The FGT is by far my favorite. I love my FGT now that it has a good cockpit view and it's purple...

But hey, its one of the best "black" cockpits, because it does have that small window in the doors that improves the sensation that you're in the real car... the older cars are the best in this aspect. 👍

So the Prowler could be considered a "mild premium" conversion? working gauges? I don´t remember them working in GT4. That means PD not only adjusted the camera. They actually worked onthe car. Hmm... Maybe a prelude of other standards recieving some love? At least the old GT4 premiums... I mean Specials.

Anyone have seen the Blastolene Special with cockpit? havn´t had the chance to update GT5...

In my opinion the formula gt is waaay better with the cockpit ! this make it more interesting to drive !
