The biggest problem with Suzuka, at least in my experience, are the players who think it's a good idea to go three- or four-wide in the esses. It always ends badly, especially when one of these people end up on the inside of the corner and push everyone else off the track.
Big grids are a problem, simply because there are more people who don't follow proper racing technique. Smaller grids are better because there's a smaller chance that a moron will be there to knock you off. That said, I still miss professional physics races on Suzuka and really want them back, even if it means dealing with these players again.
