I just want Kaz to jump out of a cake shove that Move down the throat of a beheaded rep and sabotage teh conference with 10 solid minutes of GT.

A motion controller paired with a standard controller....oh, that's right - the Nintendo Wii.

4:13 PM: Peter Dille just confirmed that Gran Turismo 5 will ship this year. I exploded. Surprises are in store for everyone at E3. That's usually the point of the show, I believe.

To be honest its known Mod Nation Racers is coming out in the spring and Socom is coming out in the fall, given the way they presented it I would guess that GT5 will come in between those two or in other words the Summer.

I hope so, I wanna see some new INFO and Videos of latest build! The DOW III trailer of GT5 sucks... Nothing really shown. Only thing shown is that Cars have lit up dashboards and headlights.
 
gt5 never comes ok we can watch new Tokyo trailers more... getting boring and boring frustrating.

You guys really expected something? Come on. Its pretty obvious what is going on. SCE needs more "big" titles to compete with MS this holiday. Socom 4 and GT5 are big titles that definitely carry a large audience. Without them SCE's holiday - the "move" would be pretty bleak. GT5 WILL* yes WILL come out between September and late November.

*That whole 3DTV launch in June is another possibility but if it is not released then it will come in the time period I mentioned.
 
about the 3DTV that you mentioned above, paskowitz, a sony exec said not too long ago that "a 3D version of GT5 will be out as soon as 3DTVs are available."

unless he was lying, or the TVs will be delayed until september/november, i still vote mid to late summer this year.

Anyone ever notice people tend to overuse/misuse the term "hardcore"?

Using a motion controller to play a FPS...makes you hardcore? :odd:
 
actually when the portugese Sony Exec. said "release probably this fall" at this point of time rumors were saying Sony's 3DTV in september...

Would it be really linked ?
