What is Veilside trying to achieve with their Civic? Are they trying to make it elligable to enter a class with a long car length restriction or something? Or was their design brief to make a snow plow and they thought, "Hey, lets use a Civic for no good reason".

.....but u should choose a car which IS in the game and WHICH IS VERY BRAND NEW(or at least at the first time in a GT game!).....the BMW M5 could be a possibility but we all know it from GT4P so that´s NOT the brand newest car.......and the BMW 1?....pffff....it should be A SPORTIVE CAR;TOO(just think of the 3400S or the skyline concept...)!!!
.....so what do u think which car could be on the cover of GT4???

I really like the U.S. cover, that was a great idea to hide the car under that sheet. It would have been nice if it had been pulled away a bit revealing some of the car 👍.

...but zee one bad point:
why dou use silver color for the down part at the back(look at attachment it´s red marked there)it´s not a "PLATINUM" game yet....i only saw this silver color at the bottom of the back-cover at "Platinum" games like GT3,GTC,FFX,tekken4,...
...and GT4P has the color white there and i´ve the "NOT-PLATINUM" version of GTC at home and it´s whit there,too so please mind this little little point so that ur work would be PERFECT 👍 (as it IS nearly at the moment!!! 👍 )

I like the overall theme but I don't like the blurryness of the pic. If it weren't for that I would be raving.

It jumped out at me, which is a good thing.

The main GT4 title really stands out with the black on white writing.

Looking at the details, (because I'm sad like that ) the Sony and PD logo's are a bit lost on the front. You could do with losing the white line between the Playstation 2 black border and the Network logo.

The 6 small pictures on the back cover don't seem to have the same borders, and to me the pictures with the white car and the Cobra don't quite look right.

Did you try a radial blur on the wheel? I would be interested to see what it looked like.


I can't remember seeing drift contests mentioned anywhere. Did I miss it?

Very nice Zonekill, I prefer the 1st one. Although possibly with the GT logo and #4 made to stand out a bit more. The #4 especially seems to get lost as it merges into the spoke of the wheel. I like the PD name on the brake caliper, very subtle. 👍

I wanted to see a wheel looking like if it was spinning, so here it is.

It looks a bit monochromatic, I could find a wheel with a coloured brake caliper and car body, but it's OK.

At least you see the effect.

I can amend the sony and PD logos no problem, white line on top of network logo 👍 , but now that you mention, I myself dont remeber hearing about drift contests either, maybe I just exaggerated.

I recently obtained some better information, which will make my cover feel even more authentic. 👍

....it´s just cool to see that cars on the GT4 cover!!!...try to put in the Mercedes CLK-GTR from 98 on the cover (i think THIS IS ONE OF THE FAVORITES!!!)cuz it IS a new car (in the GT series)and it´s cool and it´s fast and it´s awesome and ........ so i think it´ll make it on the cover IN REALITY!!!...ohh the mercedes, sooOOO beautiful.... 👍

Here another cover that i just made, with the CLK LM. But i dont think one particular car will be on the front!! maybe a detail.
Maybe its not what you aspected, but i think it fitts theoverall GT design well. 👍

Nice cover ZEE, I particularly like the halo effect round the cars on the back. 👍
You also get the text on the back cover really clear, something I can't do.

Sorry to hear it's your last cover, hope you change your mind. Maybe you'll be inspired. I'm waiting for inspiration to hit again.


Zonekill, I'm not too keen on your latest. Very arty, but I think doing requests only works when you have a good picture. I learnt that lesson when I did a cover with the GT-One for the benefit of GT-One Lover.

I don't know about you, but I like to start with a good picture and then work the logo's, titles and other ideas around it.
