Heres one I just knocked up, it's simple but I'm going to do a couple more today if I have the time. I've used the text from Zonekill's case I hope he doesn't mind, I was too rushed to do my own.

this is my first box art attempt and i am quite happy with it. took me awhile tell me wha you guys think

i kind of got the whole idea that was mention as how we're going to have online and maybe since the AI is supposidly suppose to be smarter my box art depicts the AI doing just that by being close to his opponent or maybe the online feature

It nice, I like the colours and the efects you have adopted, but I feel the GT Logo should have more attention.

I like case number 4, it's different, but I think if would be better if you lost the 4 in the name and changed it from grid position 1 to position 4.

Yeah, i thought about number 4 on the grid, but GT is the number 1 in driving games so thats why i put nr. 1 pos. on it.

Thanks for the feedback i will make one with nr. 4, when i have time.

It is a vector image for Paint Shop Pro 8. If you have PSP, you can do a lot of different fades and effects:

The Vector version is attached as a zip file below. Everyone feel free to use it.

Could PaintShop pro export that as a vector EPS?
I use Photoshop and I can't import vector PSP files.
a layered photoshop file would be cool, or even a layered TIFF file.

Just another idea I had... related to the historical spirit GT4 should offer.

Maybe the cover will only shows, you know some kind of old helmet with glasses on the top... with old gloves...

with a brand new GT4 logo more "historically designed" ...

and maybe a new name rather than GT4 ... GT history.

Why not... just an idea...

I know the screenshot I used is from GT3, but it looks rather nice, in my opinion. It may work better for a poster though.

Why not... just an idea...

I like the idea of the helmet, but the game is called GT4 not GT History, so why not, because it isn't but the helmet idea I like.

Thank God for Photo Shop.
The original image is a boxter mirror, removed the reflection, aded a "GTP" I think, screenshot and all around the mirror, cloned the GTP screenshot background.

Interesting idea to choose a rear view mirror. I don't think it works. Maybe you should make the mirror bigger so that it fits the whole cover.

Thought I'd finally have a go at one myself after seeing all the nice ones people have created so far

I'm very new to Photoshop, infact I only started using it yesterday and I managed to knock this up in the last 20-30 minutes just to see what I could do. I know the text isn't that great but that's something I'm going to work on in my next few designs..

I used jkrobby's most recent image as a reference and even used his border text to give myself a better guide at first, I figured it'd be ok if I credited it, I had to start somewhere after all

I wonder if anyone can guess the car, it is fairly unique and I'm sure it's guessable.

I guess it is fairly unique at the back, I asked one or two other non car freaks if they could guess it and they guessed Motorsport Elise or some form of Porsche
