I haven't played since wednesday. Had a few doctors appointments friday/monday and I didn't feel like playing sat/sun.

You need to camp more. Flak jacket pro was one of the first ones I got you just need to stay at the typical spots (eg: top ledge in jungle, the upstairs rooms in nuketown, etc).

Unfortunately it is purely luck, I would suggest just diving onto flags and objectives rather then straight up camping and hoping the enemy doesn't have semtex unlocked/equipped. It's Flak Jackets best use anyway I think, and I see the logic as it means you are using it properly in order to make pro easier.

The pain comes from instinctively running away from every marker you see being used to dying quickly from them and being used to seeing semtex so much. It's one of those times where I wouldn't blame someone for boosting (though I didn't and wouldn't myself if I were to be put there again) simply because it requires the enemy to do something you have no control over by using normal nades.
 
I don't think pro is that much more helpful than regular flak jacket. Its not like you see flamethrowers that often and the random napalm strike can usually be avoided. Being able to toss back regular grenades is also no big deal because like you said not many people use them. The only reason I see to pro it is if you're not prestiging and you want to have everything done. Since I'll probably hit prestige a few more times its whatever.
 
I wanted to play tonight but my Trittons won't power up. I've got power to the box but no power to the headset. I'm starting to think its the cable but I'm not sure I can just buy another one. There are none on ebay and none on their website. I guess I'll see if gamestop can order me one. I'll be very angry if I can't work this out. I refuse to play anything without a headset now.
 
I played some last night for the first time since the day the MP came out, just haven't been in the mood to play it really. I never even played anything but wager matches though, most of the time I was being annoying and doing knife only in gun game, which is pretty fun hearing some people start crying.
 
I finally prestiged for the first time last week. Now I regret it since I know it's going to take ages to get back all my Pro perks and equipment. 👎 Oh well, at least the extra class slot will be useful.
 
I am on the end of my 3rd and final prestige. I'm not doing it again because I use rushing classes allot and without the marathon pro I just hate it, and getting marathon pro is just such a pain I refuse to prestige again. I don't have a problem getting any of the pro perks except marathon pro and flack jacket pro. I still have yet to get flack jacket pro because hardly anyone uses regular nades and you can't throw back semtex, fail on the challenges for getting flack jacket pro for Treyarch in my opinion, its just ridiculous.
 
I'm mostly interested in the new zombie map but I'm sure I'll probably play some multiplayer.
 
Yeah, I'm more interested in the new Zombie Map and Berlin Wall (which is weird as I suck ass at sniping, though I like it :dopey:). Although as long as dumbasses don't constantly blow up the bridge on Discovery, I'll play that as well.

The bridge deal isn't what you would think, when its gone its just a small section, so you just jump right over the missing section:tdown: Although one match both bridges showed to be there but weren't so I fell through both of them because they were there visually, just not physically, fail Treyarch...fail.
 
I've played them at my friend's house on his Xbox, they're cool maps, I like the hockey rink :lol:.

The new zombie map is cool, I really like Berlin wall, the contrast between East and West Germany is really cool.

So they're like red barrels then? You destroy it, and you kill someone who's near/on it. But when it's gone, no one cares.

Yep, once its gone its gone for the match, you just have to jump over the missing section.
 
Damn, so no theatrical movies with people falling to their deaths, and only getting "Mistakes were made" :p
Kowloon looks pretty cool, I can camp near the zipline and kill people flying down (and get bullet raped in the process :dopey:)
 
Kowloon is my favorite one in the pack, I am a rusher and in Kowloon rushing works very well. I hardly ever see people use the ziplines though, the main reason is while your on it you can't shoot or get off the line until the end so your just a sitting duck while using it. But if you get in a match were people are using it the fun thing to do is throw C4 where one ends and ghost it out and wait for them to drop off the line and think, Oh wow I made it down the line ok, and then blow the C4...lol
 
Zombies is hard. Those damn monkeys won't leave my perks alone. Every time I get a streak going and want to use the box or buy another perk here they come and steal my juggernog.
 
What a disaster black ops is, total kiddie game. A one armed gimp could get a kill streak in this no skill required shooter.

Some I'm guessing your not doing to well in BO's then, because it is much harder to drop someone in BO's than cod4 and MW2 for sure. This game actually has recoil which makes a bit harder, and it also has flinching which makes it really hard to stay on target. Lets see your stats, KD ratio and win to lose ratio and see what is really going on:)

I played a few doms tonight, both of these were in one match. Not just the best things ever, but I found them pretty rad.

I've got a question... My sister and I have different accounts on the same PS3 (obviously). I redeemed the PSN Monies and the Map Pack onto my account, will she be able to use FS on her account?

Yea. When you download something to your PS3 it is activated for all accounts..

black ops is the simplest game ive ever seen to get a kill streak in. Sorry you're having such a tough time with it. The game even auto aims for you, watch your reticule stick to guys.

I didn't even play this crapfest past level 15. Waste of my time, lobbies full of 9 year olds and one armed gimps getting kill streaks with their freebe perks. This is just far too dumbed down to keep my interest. KD ratio means squat if you want a high one play with the same droolers and CampOnDuty. If you want to have fun, then move and get shot. I prefer roaming around like with CoD2 and my sniper before they BUSTED sniper rifles.

Anyway, I've got First Strike. I thought Berlin Wall was gonna be my favourite, but it wasn't :lol:. And what I thought I would hate.. I love (Stadium).
Oh, and Ascension is 🤬 complicated :irked:
