Feeling lucky? October 1st, GameStop will host an online Modern Warfare 2 game and will be giving away thousands of prizes.

It's still in the preview-mode, but we like the sound of it! The images used are an interesting choice, since we know we will be going to use the snowmobile in the Singleplayer Campaign and the leaked Modern Warfare 2 art book hints use of a motorcycle. This leaves the Hummer, a motorboat and we might be using a briefcase full of money to slide down from a snowy mountain? ...Let's just wait for October 1st to see what SurprizeAttack.com » is all about!

What gives you the impression that they are giving away a hummer? It would be cool if they did though. I'm not sure that I would give it to you for this:

Except mine has custom scratched rims(wheel covers in the pic), and countless door dings. Free of charge. :sly:
 
Quite the deal. I just love wheels that are scratched and doors with dings.

Maybe I could sell the hummer and buy two of them? Or not...
 
Who would take a Nissan from 04 over a Brand New Hummer with no custom dings:confused:?

My weak sauce attempt at getting back on topic. How about them heart monitors? That should cut down on camping, huh? Should be an interesting change.

The thread wont get locked, dont worry about it. I dont think mods even check this thread that often.

That attempt at getting back on topic made me laugh. It is pathetic:sly:.
However, I did see on one of the videos a Barret .50 Caliber with a heart beat sensor and I must say it looked quite the awesome. With this new Bling Perk (Two attatchments at once), I can only dream about having a Heart Sensor AND a surpressor on it at one time:drool:.

Or a Heartbeat Sensor on an MP5k with silencer for my Ghost/Ninja class:drool::drool::drool:.

Im getting a little out of control now, might stop this post on those two drool worthy ideas:sly:.
 
If you have the heartbeat monitor, you can track target behind walls, right? LMG with heartbeat monitor, and deep impact perk? Camper killer special?

Thats my camping genious, coming up with new more awesome plans every time he camps!

I actually dont think I can top that. I just spent a minute trying to figure out how.

EDIT: An absolutely amazing find, someone on the infinity ward forums has stitched together a whole bunch of shots from the map Favela. He has now made the minimap of it!

I painstakingly (for seven hours!) stitched together a bunch of different mini-map screenshots to get an idea of the full Rio De Janeiro (OFFICIAL NAME "FAVELA" meaning shanty town) map. I outlined the lines in black so they are easier to see.

There is only a little tiny bit missing in the middle because he didn't go over there.
The white lines are just guesses of approximately where I think the walls would go.

In my case, since CoD's coming out before GT5, I might never get into Gran Turismo again!(I do hope I'm wrong).

I was always getting MW2, I preordered it in June for gods sake and payed it off fully sometime later in June. I had a fair amount of money back then though...

I'm very slightly considering getting this game as a distraction before GT5. Maybe, I don't know, we'll see.

That sounds like something that could be used as a sort of Prestige award that they are keeping secret.

Edit: Thermal scope...Woohoo! Would be neat if that is switchable from normal modes to thermal and nightvision.

I think the perks have 3 levels. There is the Basic level which is the perk with no upgrades. You then do something to unlock the next level which makes this perk even better. If it does indeed have 3 levels the next level is Pro. This is the maximum level of that perk which releases its full possible potential.

I only fear that if Martyrdom is in the game then we will get OWNED.
