Every time I play on Afghan, as soon as the match begins, every one rush to the big bunker. The first team to get there and take control of the bunker and the opium field win.

I have a slightly different strategy, I run to the rock behind the AA gun (behind the cave), and shoot at people trying to get to the cave, I can keep this up for 4 or 5 kills, then I move to a clearing next to the stairs (under that rock people camp on), take out a few guys who come back for revenge on the camper on the big rock (me :D), then I move to the area behind the second AA gun, and work my way to the opium field.

The people who keep coming back are the best though, moving around to different spots and murdering them is so much fun (like what I described about the camper at favela a while back), at the most I come back twice, if I don't get them (rarely), I spend a while moving back around the map to get them and then I camp their spot a bit until we're even (killed eachother the same amount of times :lol:)

I had a quad the other night with the SPAS :) First one I have ever had, only had two other double kills with the .50 and they were on highrise right at the beginning, which isn't hard because if you run up to the window and scope up quick you catch everyone running out the other side all bundled up.
 
I finally got the extended mag for my RPD tonight. I've always been a spray & pray, but this one brings it up to a Whole. Another. Level.

Edit: Wait. Did you say "quad"?
 
Yes I said quad sir....quad. It was on a HCTDM the other night, I keep it on my rush class and it was on Karachi. On Karachi I will rush towards the bus and then into the room and wait a second and pop out the doorway when I hear footsteps and pop them. I did my usual, rushed and waited, heard the footsteps and popped out and shot and then on the screen was all the junk that I did and at the bottom was my name, the pic of my shotgun, and 3 different enemy players :) Sweet!
 
I'm the dude who set the claymore on the other side of that corner. Then, I go to the back to climb the ladder. :lol: Nice shot though. 👍

Lately on Karachi, I go left, instead. Get on that balcony & tower thing on I guess on the bottom left corner of that map.

My favorite spot is the little shack in at the cave entrance. Nobody bother to check it. I go in there sometimes and just pick out people who rush in (doesn't work for long though but it's funny when they're keep coming back).

Nah, there's not enough good ones to bother me really. I can quickscope and noscope fairly well with the intervention with slight of hand pro, stopping power pro, and steady aim pro and an acog:tup:

Positive, skull and crossbones came up and it was private with one friend who had a mic. He was laughing at the random death :/.
 
Wow I've played at least 20 matches tonight and i've only won 2... Tonight is not my night. *gently put down controller*
 
I don't mind getting quick scoped but the other day I got done and when viewing the kill cam the crosshairs were about 4ft to my right and still got killed with 1 shot.
Is it only sniper rifles or could you quick scope with a Assault Rifle with a ACOG on?

uk86ze: I don't think you can really quickscope with ACOG on anything, it's not a full-blown sniper sight. You could possibly quickscope a thermal AR, but that's about it as far as non-sniper weapons are concerned.

Even then, quickscoping a thermal AR wouldn't be very effective as ARs aren't 1HKs at close range - whereas sniper rifles are, which is why quickscoping works :)
 
Quickscoping isnt really done with an acog, its done with a normal or thermal sight. The acog is too easy so therefore it doesnt count, not to rain on your parade or anything.
 
Some good games tonight. I switched up some of my classes/perks/kill streaks and I put together some good games. The WA2000 is a fantastic sniper rifle and the pavelow is epic. The very first time I tried this new setup I got the crab meat challenge completed. I couldn't believe it. I also started using the M93 Raffica which isn't bad at all.
 
The M93 Raffica is a solid back up. Far more manageable than the G18 and fairly quick to swap to, unlike the TMP or PP2000.

I have found Akimbo G18's with Steady Aim are deadly accurate, provided you burst fire them. Quite possibly the most fun I've had running around in a while, and fairly effective. More so than Akimbo SMGs in my experience. At least at a little distance, and now I do understand why people run around with these.

And time to start on SitRep Pro again. For the 3rd or 4th time now. Which means likely jumping back into FFA games. Which isn't a biggy since I tend to dominate in those anyhow, just need to get my Holographic FAL back. Speaking of the FAL, I have decided it would be the best AR in the game if it had better Iron Sights. Could just slap a Silencer on there with Scavenger and away I'd go.
 
I've really gotten into using the M1014 on most of my classes but that M93 has been fantastic. I'm not much into the pistols but this thing really is the pocket M16.

I don't think using an ACOG makes quickscoping too easy, it comes down to personal preference. For example I prefer an ACOG on the 50.cal but Normal on the Intervention.

👍 I loved my akimbo G18s before I prestiged, they are great fun with Steady Aim as you mentioned (probably due to being insanely accurate. lol). Easily my favourite machine pistol akimbo or not :)

Unlocking akimbo is the hard part, as the vertical recoil of a single '18 borders on ludicrous... aim at the head and shoot the sky, aim at the crotch and shoot the face :lol:

Burst fire them? That is how automatic weapons are handled in real life anyhow...
 
I do try to burst-fire them, but I don't do too well in CQC when burst-firing *anything* which leads to me going full auto :lol:

I was gonna leave anyhow in all odds. Playing from the far side of a different continent does not make for a smooth connection.

I am guilty of this, especially on Estate. It felt dirty using unlimited noobtube, and I'd imagine that's why they are looking at this perk. Sort of glad, and disappointed at the same time.

I hardly ever see anyone using that tactic so I see no reason to nerf it. Just like care package running, I am usually the only one and it only works on very select maps.
 
That is a scary pic. :lol:

You probably don't notice it, because people blast noobtubes everywhere, anyways. And it's not just with the OMA, but more players probably do it with the scavenger perk.

Off the top of my head, I think there are just two maps, at least for me, OMA/noobtube works on and they are Terminal & Estate.
 
Skidrow works well too as most of the fights take place in the central building, which you can easily noobtube through. Danger Close is evil if you tube the main corridor :lol:
