Strange, it's usually me complaining!

After downloading the Stimulus Pack, and shortly after Prestiging once more over the weekend, i was on fire! (relatively speaking so) I must have played for 4 or 5 hours straight on Saturday with barely a game in negative K/D!

I always seem to have sessions like that after a fresh prestige, especially in the few games before you get the option to start creating custom classes. :odd:

At least my stats are beginning to look a bit more respectful after that. I'm going to ethernet cable my PS3 up next weekend, which should hopefully help my lag issue and optimize what little broadband speed i have available in my area.

I'm really enjoying the new maps now i know where i'm going on them, but still getting totally owned on the CoD4 redux versions :odd:
 
I bought the map pack yesterday, had a lot of fun with it so far, especially Salvage.

Been playing HCS&D a lot aswell, using the AK47:

AK47+Silencer+Sight (Red dot, ACOG or Thermal)
M1014+Grip+FMJ
Bling Pro (Obv)
Cold-Blooded Pro
Ninja Pro
Semtex+2x Flash

I've also changed around how I play aswell, atleast in S&D. Been hanging back towards the spawn but under cover (these new maps are noobtube friendly for the first 10 seconds), then slowly pushing my way forward to a bombsite or the enemy.

Also, I have a new tag :dopey:

Not really sure of your question there, I got the actual image there off of MW24/7. The clan tag started out as a parody of another player who had "IM>U" and I just switched it around, then picked some wimpy looking titles and such :lol:

Well, they have managed to switch the PS3 on, and somehow get online, so maybe it is asking too much for the Neanderthals to understand how to play the game! :lol:
 
my current title/emblem. now all i need is f2000 master III complete so i can have gold f2000 skulls and feel really special! :D

 
I don't use any one gun enough to do that. I have over 1000 kills with the scar on my last prestige but I've hardly used it this time around. This is what I'm using now for mine.

before i starting prestiging, i would just use whatever i was getting kills will so i had a class with every AR except SCAR-H, but, with the pretty title/emblems available ive changed up a bit.
 
I believe my classes right now are silenced tar, silenced UMP, RPD with grip, Thermal Intervention, Fal with M203 and finally scar with M203. The Tar is my favorite right now. I spent at least half a day trying to get that damn thermal scope for the Intervention thinking I'd want to have it for the map pack maps but I have barely used it. Probably going to take it off next time I play.
 
I also forgot to mention last night I was using the SCAR (had just prestiged earlier in the day) and it was talking half a mag to kill somebody (with stopping power on). I blamed the 3-bar connection, but if you guys think its weaker too...

It could've been lag, I suppose, but it seems like all the new maps have some sporadic framerate issues. Not enough to affect playability, but it still has a roughness to it for a second here and there.

3 Patches ago I had a ton of FPS issues on any map, with gameplay dropping below 20 FPS, 2 patches ago I had absolutely no FPS issues, then the last two patches they've returned, but in lesser quantity.

I'm not sure if it's unique to SCAR. While I didn't notice any issue with SCAR especially, my RPD were really weak last night. There were times I supposedly had three bar connection, and the thing was acting like it didn't have stopping power perk on, then some.

You would not be wrong in your assumption a6. The night before last, my RPD with stopping power was not dropping anything! The bullet spread at medium range was a lot wider than it used to be, and anything more than gently caressing the trigger resulted in wild recoil. I am seriously starting to wonder if the update has scuppered something, I don't know what, but the game feels different now... BTW, what is your RPD setup? I use plain old iron sights and a grip, which I believe is the ultimate setup for the gun. 👍
 
My m16 on the new maps (especially Bailout) with stoping power can sometimes take 3 bursts to down someone. Then back on the older maps it's a klling machine again.

And usually, it's the connection, but that didn't seem to be the problem last night. I really should get faster internet though.

RPD is my anti-noob + anti-run 'n' gunner gun. Great for when you just don't have the time to reload.

I agree that grip is a must for RPD. I do also have one class with grip + FMJ, also. RPD is so great with FMJ.

Could it be the range? Most shots are longer on that map. No wonder I like my RPD on that map!
 
I would play with you xbl dudes tonight but I have to finish up ultimate alliance 2 tonight so I can get it sent back to gamefly tomorrow. The reason is because Red Dead Revolver comes out soon and if I have a game slot open RDR will be shipped out the day before release day, Skate 3 was :) Of course I won't get it for 2-3 days after its released though, but at least I will be getting it. RDR looks pretty good to me! Later on MW2. skate 3 will be here tomorrow or the day after!
 
I'd suggest you stop using the Uzi and maybe use a gun that you can aim. The Iron Sights on it drive me crazy.

I may hop on for a few rounds tonight here, but my new GFX card is so pretty that I am just playing various games on my PC at max settings.

Its BEAUTIFUL.

But srsly, hit me up on AIM or with a PM if you want to play some games with me maybe, of MW2 that is.
 
This is weird to say the least. MP5 pwns.

It start to get a little boring, so I started fooling around with TAR, Intervention, then now the MP5k(I think it's properly called). While TAR and Intervention didn't really do anything for me, with the MP5, a gun I don't have any attachment for, my k/d just skyrocketed.

I guess it could be the connection, because I'm shooting at guys' feet, and I'm still putting them down. I like the fire rate, iron sights, and portability of this gun. So far the best game with this gun has been 18-1 on breakpoint's favorite map, all-time, hands down, Bailout. :lol: MP5+AA12, I just kept guerrillaing at these guys, sneaking around them. These couple of obnoxious kids from my area(phone area code clan tag) who were dominating couple of matches I observed, they got really quiet after I nailed one of them for the winning shot cam. :lol:👍
 
Silenced MP5, Marathon, Stopping Power, Commando/Ninja/Steady Aim will just rock people. I've been using it a lot, and as long as you engage moderately close, you will just drop people so fast. I've been pairing it up with a Tact Knife pistol just in case I need to melee some people fast in a clutch situation. And that works too haha.

Oh yeah A6, Bailout is just such a well put together map for sure.....F'n horrid piece of map.....

Yeah, I was playing Domination on that new map with the Snow and Crushed cars, ran through B, back through that hanger, and popped out at A, just in time to drop 4 of them in the back, and they were all clueless thanks to the Silencer.

I also use to rock Akimbo Silenced MP5s with Stopping Power and Steady Aim. Made me feel like a bad ass just walking through people with them.
 
I have no luck with Akimbo weapons unless its pistols. I tried the MP5 and P90 akimbo's and just sprayed bullets around my targets, and yes I had steady aim on. Akimbo Raffica's are another story :)
 
akimbo rafficas are awesome. i tryed akimbo m18s i found laying around and they had more recoil than my f2000 does.
 
I was playing with nk4e, but my connection crapped out, I had to leave. MP5 has an unbelievable amount of recoil. I had to switch back to RPD, because the other team was just hanging back, picking me off with assault rifles. I think I'm gonna go back for little bit, get that MP5 silencer.

Because Rafficas aren't SMGs ;) Akimbo SMGs are pretty fail - I would (and do) only use akimbo on the Glocks (they have the smallest crosshairs of any akimbo weapon), Rafficas or the pistols.
