I've gotten several nukes using the M16... I've never had this problem.

I suggest you learn to aim so you don't reload as much. :sly:
 
I'm thinking this must be a CoD4 only thing. Which would explain why I only remember this happening on Strike(for sure).

I admit that spray & pray is pretty much the way of life for me :p but seriously, when you are rocking with M16, you are dropping all the targets. And about the ammo, this is why I love Scavenger. Too bad there wasn't Scavenger in CoD4!

That's what I was saying earlier. With M4, Bandolier's great. With the M16, you have no business running out of ammo unless you are absolutely rock 'n' rolling.

I explained it earlier(ie before a lot of BSing lol), but it gets stuck on that tick-tick-tick of the trigger. And when it happens, all controls are disabled, except for moving around. You can't even use your knife, and only solution is death, which resets things back to normal.

I hate this glitch, because if you are using M16, and if you are out of ammo, it usually means that you are on an awesome kill streak. Then the gun jam hits, which prevents you from picking up another weapon, or even a use of melee. It has made me say many bad words in the past. :sly:

Ahhh... completely agree, that would be quite annoying.
 
Well gentlemen, it would appear that I need to get moving on fixing my PS3 and/or buying a new one so I can take part in all these offers Sony is throwing out there. I really missed playing at the beginning, didn't even care throughout the whole fiasco, now that everything is coming back I want to play again. So much stuff to buy, so little disposable money.
 
Having discovered Pawn Stars & Sons of Anarchy on Netflix, I did not miss the PSN at all. Well, maybe just my ACR, but that is it. :D

I've been rusty like crazy, getting owned like a true noob. :guilty: Lots of ups & downs. My k/d are literally jumping around like from a 10 to a negative, then a 1.5, etc. It's been crazy. As soon as TA invited me, I'm glad I joined, because it showed some consistency, if only for couple of games.
 
Something about joining a game with you just makes me want to pull out my DC RPGs.

Which is why you wouldn't catch me without bandolier :sly: seriously though that's probably why it never happened to me, as I almost always ran bandolier (can you throw stuns during the glitch? or climb object?).

And I wasn't putting you down I just wanted to reinforce how uncommon it is :lol:.
 
Yeah, if anybody actually needed Bandolier with M16, you'd be one of them. For most players, you die before you run out of ammo in one. :lol:

They fixed it while back, but I haven't been back on there as of late. I do miss the 4 a little here too.....
 
I get cravings to play 4 for nostalgia sake every so often to, but that being said I'm really not motivated to play any COD game much at all. Just a bit to same same for me now, been there done that effect.
 
I'll play COD4 with you guys. I've been wanting to finally level up to 55 in that game. I stopped playing it for the most part after W@W came out.
 
I like CoD4 for the simpleness. It is just so clean. No Scavenger, absolutely insane amount of air support, etc. Of course, there were things like 3 frags that drove some nuts, but other than the primitive match making, etc., I really love everything about that game. :)

I'm into MW2 again for bit now, but if TA, or anybody want somebody to play CoD4 with, PM me here or on PSN. 👍

Edit: Oh yeah, assuming it's going to be a TDM. :p

I could change up with some o'MW action. Just be aware many lobbies have super speed and other 🤬 going on, at least that I've noticed recently.
 
I don't think you can find much more than TDM these days. Maybe a few DOM or FFA games.

Sounds like IW did abandon it again? My main account was hacked for good. It's fake gold cross with some random meaning less numbers for stats. 👎 If all the hackers & modders get hit by a bus, I'd probably cheer. I'm sorry, but you are ruining the game for everybody man. Absolutely selfish.

Edit: Still, I'll get on to see it later. 👍
 
I was reading 402s twitter the other day and it said they were looking at their options. If I remember I think that was within the past 30 days or so. I wouldn't expect much though with most of them working on MW3.

FWIW the last time I played I only found one hacked lobby. It was earlier in the morning though and I only played for maybe an hour.

Anyone else having/had issues (albeit a tiny one) with the leaderboard not updating the kills/death? Weird thing is, if I filter it by rank, it puts me in the right ranking position with other players on 8368 kills, but I don't think it's moved since it came back, stuck on 8015. I'm up about 150 kills since it came back, averaging 2:1, which is rare for me.

I would be up for some FPS tomorrow night. If CoD4 is having issues, then we can always jump to MW2.
 
What is this.... CoD4? Pfft, if you guys get up on MW2, I'll lay some beatings down on nubs. Otherwise, to the StarCrafts I go.
 
I prefer CoD4, but it is harder to party up for that one. I will play CoD4 or MW2. As long as it's a TDM. icelt?

I'm playing basketball tonight. After something like 2, 3 year break. I'm gonna be flashing red before the night is over.

I can play right now though. B-ball doesn't start until 9PM Pacific.
