Can someone please explain what people mean when they say tickets e.g level 23 ticket ??,what are they, how do I use them and where I get them from ?

You get them as rewards from doing things in the game. Each ticket has a level and that refers to the car level. Faster cars are at a higher level so a level 23 car would be something in the lines on an Audi R10. You use the tickets to redeem cars and, depending on the ticket level, the game will choose a random car around that level for you to have. You can also send tickets to other people which is why people use them a lot in the Marketplace thread on this forum.

Trade or seasonals. Then go to the car delivery and click on the ticket to receive it.

You can also get a Ticket 1000 from doing a race over and over or driving a certain amount of miles/kilometres.

Let's not forget birthday tickets. You get a ticket on your birthday for the year you were born. When you open it, you get a car for the year you were born.

Its my understanding that you get the birthday ticket from the prior year.

(so if you were born in 1959, you will get the highly cherished Subaru 360 from the 1958 Ticket!)

There is also the Special Events tickets. Base Rally, Modern Muscle, NASCAR etc. These are won in the Special Events.

If you have 2 accounts then you can backup your game save and send from one to the other every day. (Glitch.)

Before redeeming a ticket to get a specific car make sure you are familiar with the "USB trick"! (Google may help you.) 👍

So do you have to log in ON your birthday to get the birthday ticket? because my birthday was last Thursday, and I didn't get squat (from GT5 either!). I was out of town, and couldn't log in on the day itself, but I also don't know where I'm supposed to enter my birthday info.

There's only the Lancia Stratos Rally Car '77

Its also available with a Level 10 ticket.

The Lancia Stratos Rally Car '77 is also the prize car for the A-Spec Historic Racing Car Cup in the Expert Series, so there's other ways to get the Stratos if you don't get it thru the birthday ticket.
