Can u blow the engine?

Im cought up in the gaffagrind, will the X1 engine blow at a certain time/mileage, have never changed oil, just to find out, but my patiece is thinworn..

You cannot "blow the engine" in GT as far as I know.

However you will lose power.

If you could blow your engine someone would of mentioned that you can. I haven't seen anyone do that so I highly doubt you can blow the engine.

Maybe it will just run at 80km/h like when i forced Bob to not pit when he ran out of gas, and then u have to rebuild and change oil for it to get in shape again.. maybe..

Prolly some here that know, seem like every aspect of this game is tested to the max, and that i like

its not the manufactured that have bad cars its the drivers that blow the engine..... the more i play this game the more i relieze PD has fumble a game that could have been great.

Play "Le Mans 24 Hours" on PS2, play 12 hours, miss the pit and get a DNF. Thats running out of fuel.

I know arcade mode has more damage and i think the online rooms can also. Which were you in?

You can damage the engine or transmission if you have damage on, but it will still limp around the track.

The triangle is TCS, ASM or ABS.

think you ran out of gas dude, Aspec doesn't have the advanced damage.

I have also tried to blow up my carbon X2010, I only managed to lose 487hp doing 159 dream car indy races.

There's a rev limiter that's permenantly on all of the cars, so if the game actually had that feature, then a rev limiter would prevent that.

Oh so u go 40 mph whene u go out of fuel. Thats kinda disapoiting/Face palm. I thought on one of my endurance race (Dont remeber wich) i ran out of fule not to far from pit stop and i humbled in the pit with luck. Atleast i thought: )
