Can't accept gift ticket :(

Hi, i got sent a level 21 gift ticket yesterday and i can't open it from the gift menu. Clicking on X does nothing and re-loading the game does nothing. Any ideas how i can get it open or sent to the truck?

...try opening it in your Items menu at the left-hand-side of the screen.

If it's a vehicle, you open via the Car Delivery icon. The one under the Online Collector's Dealership icon.

1. Save your game save to usb.
2. Try clearing the cache via GT5 options menu.

According to the OP it's a ticket, not a car - he's trying to make it availble in the truck.

I'm wondering if it HAS been accepted and is now in his Items folder...

i had the same problem, this worked for me..

1. get someone to send you another item, whether its a car or a worthless paint (it doesnt matter)
2. click recieve all and you should get the items.

this may not work , but it sorted me out 👍

Hi guys, thanks for the replys. I should have added i've checked the items list incase it had gone there but nothings happpening, it just wont do a thing no matter how many times i click X . I've saved and reloaded but that did nothing. Will clear the cache tonight. Any advice how to do that would be greatly appreciated!

It sounds rather like you haven't actually received it. Is it still under Community/Gifts?

If so, go to the top and hit "Receive All". If that doesn't work, get someone to send you something else - anything will do, even paint - and do it again as Sandman suggests.
