i've saved the game BEFORE i received the ticket, it was still in the "gift menu"...

Then I guess it should still be there. Exit the game and start it up again, then go to Community, Gifts and see if it shows up.

1) Receive the ticket into your "Item list".
2) Save game
3) Quit game
4) Backup gamesave to USB Stick
5) Good luck ... Open your ticket ...
6) 2D your are DONE if not Quit game --> restore game save from USB stick 👍
