A few Marcos' that are actually Marcos' (not that fibreglass mini)
More Lancias - especially the Fulvia and Montecarlo
A Caterham that actually goes like a Caterham, not that mess that's currently in the game
Those awesome Venturis from GT2 need to come back and we need some Matra Simcas too
More single seater race cars, Formula Fords for example

Here's what GT6 doesn't need;

Electric economy vehicles
Range Rovers
Basically anything made after 2004
Anything American
