Chrysler Prowler, always wanted to tune it, how to unlock ??

So I'm pretty far..yet I still haven't heard the Prowler. Probably stock in Arcade Mode, but I wanted to throw a muffler on it do everything, make it purr. How do you unlock it ?? ;[

I think you're fairly limited in terms of modifications (it's a "special" car) but you get it by winning the Spider & Roadster series in the Beginner Hall. At the top of this forum there's a "LOOK HERE BEFORE YOU ASK" thread which'll have answers to just about everything related to GT4.
