Minor nitpick here, but from the trailer I noticed that the Vette is in Sport Mode instead of Track Mode:

It's really not that big of a deal to be honest, but assuming PD has knowledge of the performance difference in driver modes (e.g. the modern Ferraris display Race Mode and the Aventador displays Corsa), the C7 should receive the same treatment.

Definitely still downloading tomorrow though. A truly gorgeous BEAST. Bravo Chevy :D

So anyway kids.... I hope they make the C7 handle as good as it should compared to other cars in the game.....Unlike the C6.
 
Nice private PM about directing crap at you. What crap was it? The fact that my post actually made sense about the GT-R's and Corvette's capabilities and shortcomings?

You know, you can stop with the ad hominem attacks and the internet tough guy machismo you got going if you want us to take you seriously. R1600 may have overstepped his boundaries with you, but at least he's willing to throw his sword away.
 
So is it going to happen tomorrow or late tonight? Because I have seen some the DLC in the past actually hit the night before the release. Am I right?

Doesn't matter until we get the update. Which sould be tomorrow or the day after tomorrow. :ouch:
 
The US Store updates tomorrow at around 5-7 PM EST. We should get the DLC then, along with the supposed "update" that follows after the maintenance.

Yeah I can read, but can you type without appearing condescending? No need to stoop to anyone's level that you felt insulted you. As for that advice, you can do well to practice it instead of telling others first.

As for the Vette, I'm quite sure R1600 doesn't really care if it's slower or faster than the GT-R, like many others in this thread.

As for me, I'm hoping this car comes available in the blue that the ZR1 came in.

Cool, I can never remember when this stuff goes down. I know we've had a few updates or DLC where we were able to get it the night before. (in the US)
 
I'll get off of them when you stop complaining about your nuts. I don't know about PD making cars purposely slow is a valid statement in itself.

That is because we are half a day behind the rest of the world :yuck: But with it being at 15:00GMT time on the 15th...I believe it will be tomorrow?

Yep, so around midnight your timezone, make sure your PS3 is fired up and ready to download.👍
 
Maintanence is tomorrow night at 8pm UK time, the update should hit around 10pm but then we will have to wait until the store updates the next day to activate any DLC. In the US store you should get the update and store update tomorrow, hence you get it earlier.

So EST area will get the update around 5pm and then the store updates a couple of hours later.

Well that's not good. I'm planning on moving to the UK in a few years hopefully. But this makes little sense to me. Geographically, it would make sense for you all to get it sooner, is there any particular reason that the UK store updates later than US store?
